Stay away from this company. They're unreliable, won't actually help with problems, and have serious operational issues. I was counting on them for my dog's prescription food and they botched the whole thing from the moment I placed the order through shipping. When I tried to address the problems and ask for any kind of compensation, they basically said they'd be canceling my account anyway. They'd rather just dump customers than fix anything. Their operations are broken, vendors mess up constantly, and the support team has no clue what they're doing. Don't give them your business.

The dog jacket I received was way off from what the measurements showed on their website and on the tag itself. It's ridiculously small. Total rip-off.

This is a scam operation and you shouldn't buy from them. I never received the actual product, just a sample instead. When I asked for my money back, they said it was a pharmaceutical item so refunds weren't possible. To make matters worse, they outsource everything, so instead of dealing directly with them, I got bounced back and forth. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I'm out nearly 130 dollars.

Their return policy is the worst I've ever seen. I ordered 25 items and 12 arrived damaged and unusable. When I reached out, they offered me just 10 percent off to keep the ruined products, or I could send them back but I'd have to pay for the return labels they'd supply. The refund they offered for the 12 returned items was way less than it should have been with zero explanation. I've never heard of a company that makes customers pay shipping on damaged goods and then gives them an even smaller refund. I've called multiple times trying to talk to someone who could explain this nonsense, but no one steps up. Nobody even apologized for the inconvenience. The whole team was rude. I had to call a second time just to ask when my refund was coming after they'd had the items for a week. This company is dishonest, lacks integrity, and acts unprofessionally. I will never buy from them again. It was a nightmare.

I can't believe I have to write this, but here we are. There are plenty of other pet retailers out there that actually care about their customers and their ethics. Please look elsewhere before giving this company your money. My dog's milestone birthday is gone forever because of their incompetence.

When they finally showed up, the lilac was perfect but the red one was two to three inches too long, even though they were the same style. The shirt turned out to be a tee instead. Called to complain and they refused to believe they'd sent me different sized collars. They wanted me to pull both out, photograph them side by side, and email the pictures. I don't even have a phone that does that, so they told me to borrow one. I also pointed out I'd ordered a shirt, not a tee top. It took filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get anywhere. They finally sent me a label, I returned everything, and I got a refund, but no tax or shipping costs back. They offered to let me talk to their head of customer service and gave me her name, but based on reviews I read at the Better Business Bureau, that wouldn't have helped anyway. They're incredibly rude and need to completely change how they do business. I would have ordered so much from them if they weren't like this.

You have to send everything back within fifteen days and you're paying the shipping yourself, plus they reduce what they refund you for some reason that's never explained. I ordered a jacket that didn't fit right and when I tried to return it, their refund offer was a fraction of what I paid. They won't even do exchanges and they take zero responsibility for product issues. Look for another place to buy pet stuff.

So I ended up paying almost full price for return shipping plus the new shipping. They never refunded my original order either. The excessive exclamation points in those emails while apologizing for not doing their job was unprofessional. Sites that email return labels are way better. This place has a terrible return process and the products aren't good enough to justify the hassle.
