We bought this mattress pad mainly for the app control feature. Turns out the app only controls blankets, not the mattress, and the blanket controls don't even work. We tried everything we could think of and the instructions were completely unhelpful.

I purchased a BR heated blanket with a five-year warranty. I tried registering it five different times and couldn't get the system to work. I had to call customer service to speak with an actual person who registered it for me and gave me a reference number. She said I'd get a confirmation email within 24 hours. A week passed with nothing. I called back, waited 30 minutes on hold, and was told someone would call me back. Still haven't heard from them. I've read about this company's poor customer service and now I've experienced it firsthand. I won't be purchasing from them again.

We spent over $4500 on that king mattress and only got halfway through the warranty period before problems started.

Best decision we made! His knowledge about the mattress and the enthusiasm he showed explaining all its features made the whole experience really enjoyable. Tim is an excellent salesman and we're confident we'll be buying Beautyrest mattresses for the other bedrooms in our home. We won't work with anyone but Tim.

After three separate exchanges of the same mattress style, every single one sagged within one to two weeks. The delivery guy for one mattress wouldn't even put it on the frame because it was so bent. He took it back and reported it to the store. We asked for a refund twice and got nowhere. We were trapped paying the extra money with no way out. You couldn't switch brands without losing that extra $1000 we charged. Then when my disabled husband was sitting in the car and I was inside trying to resolve this, they offered me pillows and sheets instead of help. I finally broke down crying and they grudgingly gave me $700 back. This is what your terrible mattress did to our family. I'll never recommend Beautyrest to anyone.

Really poor quality that falls apart fast.

Six months into owning this mattress, the springs broke in one section. After two months of dealing with terrible customer service, I'm no closer to a resolution. We've done everything they asked and haven't gotten any response for weeks. It's ridiculous. I'd advise against buying from them.

The Beauty Rest Royo Big And Tall office chair failed after just one year. You'd think there would be at least one chair model where the cylinder doesn't eventually give out, forcing you to keep pumping it back up, but this isn't it. For what we paid, this chair should have lasted much longer.

Bad mattress and the 100-day trial policy is misleading.

I purchased a king size Beautyrest about three years ago. From day three I noticed sagging and woke up with terrible back pain. They demanded I take 20 pictures, which led nowhere. I even visited the store where I bought it and complained to the manager, who admitted the springs in these beds are defective and told me to call the company directly. Every morning and throughout the night I suffered from severe back pain. The only relief came on weekends at my cottage where I sleep on a cheap basic bed and wake up feeling fine. They advertise a 10-year warranty but it's useless. I need a new mattress but I'll never buy Beautyrest again. They're not worth the money. If you don't want to deal with constant back pain, skip this brand entirely.

Complete waste of money. I bought a Black Beauty Rest and after two years it's completely shot. Don't buy their mattresses.

My Beautyrest GL6 developed a big sag in the center less than a year after I bought it. When I tried to file a warranty claim, they rejected it because the sag measured 1.2 inches instead of the required 1.5 inches without pressure. I'm really disappointed and I'd suggest staying away from Beautyrest products altogether.

Bought a BR Black firm in summer 2024 and in less than 90 days it turned soft and lumpy. I've got back pain and feel like I threw three grand away on junk.

I was considering a Beautyrest Black K-class firm pillow top mattress but I'm so glad I read reviews first. I tested them at three different stores and each one felt different, with some being noticeably softer than others. For the price they're asking, these are a total rip-off. Plus the quality control and craftsmanship are pathetic. The markup on these mattresses is insane, and while they cost only a few hundred dollars to manufacture, they're sold for over four grand. That's outrageous markup that makes no sense. The materials cost pennies when ordered in bulk, yet customers get gouged with these prices.

Had a terrible experience overall. The advertising was completely misleading.
