It's hard to imagine why anyone would complain about their customer service. Over the past couple years I've made 4 purchases and needed help each time, and every rep has been professional, understanding, and genuinely polite. Honestly some of the best service I've experienced anywhere. I'm outside their free shipping zone so reps have to create custom invoices for me, and I change my mind about products fairly often, but they handle every invoice update with patience. The shoes themselves have had a couple hiccups. One style split twice right when I put them on, but both times they told me to keep the defective pair and sent replacements, with options to wait for new production or get shoes from canceled orders. My Reid sneakers are my go-to favorites now. I just ordered my second and third pairs of those, plus a few other sneaker styles and some Chelsea boots.
