I bought a dress based on the sizing chart but it ended up being way too big. When I reached out to customer service, they offered me half of my money back so I wouldn't have to deal with shipping it back overseas. I asked about swapping for a smaller size instead and they were willing, but needed me to double check the measurements first. After I sent those over, I suggested just going with the refund instead and offered to mail the original dress back. They then told me to send it back and they'd refund me. But then I changed my mind and asked if they could just process the partial refund. They came back saying they'd send out a smaller size and told me not to bother returning the original dress. They asked me to leave a review and said the replacement would ship right away. It's been complicated, but ultimately I'm leaving 5 stars because the issue got worked out and their customer service team really went the extra mile to help. I'll update if the replacement doesn't arrive.
