Within four months the material started coming apart at the seams everywhere. I only wear these maybe twice a week. The durability is really poor for nearly $100. I have comparable pants from other companies that have held up for years. These fell apart way too fast.

I have nothing positive to say about this company. Bought two oxford cloth shirts that were completely misrepresented on their website - they weren't real oxford and the stitching and overall construction were terrible. When I reached out about returning them, they pushed back on my complaint. They did acknowledge the misrepresentation but refused to refund me, offering a credit instead. I used that credit to buy two pairs of their weekday warrior pants, but those also disappointed me. The fabric felt cheap and the workmanship was sloppy. One pair had the crease sewn so far off-center it was almost two inches off. I contacted them again and they refused another refund, which I later learned violates consumer protection laws. With my remaining credit, I picked up two Pima performance shirts that were equally disappointing. This company fails on every front - the products are poor quality, the customer service is terrible, and their policies are unfair. I strongly encourage everyone to shop elsewhere.

Their customer support team is responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the actual clothing quality has taken a nosedive over time. They used to be a solid brand, which makes this decline even more disappointing.

Stay away from this company. They look professional from the outside with their website, retail locations, and advertising, but the reality is their products are overpriced for what you're getting. Their sizing is all over the place - I've bought tailored pants in a 29 that fit like a slim 31 in a different style with supposedly the same measurements. Definitely avoid their final sale items because the odds of the fit being wrong are extremely high. I'm starting to question their entire supply chain because they make themselves sound more premium than they actually are.

Four days went by with no card showing up, and we've been unable to reach anyone through email, phone, or messaging to find out what happened. Meanwhile, they already charged our card. Finding clothes that fit right off the rack has always been nearly impossible, especially since tailoring gets expensive fast. We discovered Bonobos at a secondhand store and became instant fans of what they offer in terms of size options and material quality. The ease of ordering online is nice, but what really matters is that we can finally wear clothes without needing alterations. We've ordered multiple times and plan to keep coming back.

The clothing itself is decent and they do carry extended sizes, but they really should expand that range more. I'm a true medium yet I constantly have to buy XL or 2X, which means there's less selection for people who actually wear those sizes. Plus, the company is owned by Walmart even though they don't advertise it, and from what I've heard, employees are treated poorly too. I stopped shopping there after meeting someone who used to work there. We chatted at a cafe and they were genuinely lovely - they told me they had the best sales metrics across the entire east coast region for an extended period. Despite their incredible performance, leadership rejected their promotion bid, saying it was due to their "personality." It was clear discrimination based on race, and it was heartbreaking knowing how talented and genuinely helpful they were.

The cloth on these shirts is definitely premium quality, though you'll need to iron them after washing.

I've placed several orders over the last couple years and keep coming back. They've got the best selection of off-the-rack pants and khakis for casual work wear that I've found anywhere. Being on the shorter side, having access to trousers with shorter inseams that actually fit me perfectly straight from the bag is huge. All my pants have lasted really well. Their cotton sweaters are nicer quality than most competitors and have a fitted cut instead of the usual baggy style. Definitely my go-to spot for men's clothing.

Seriously, do not place an order with this retailer. Run the other way. I'll admit their quality is acceptable at best, but that's honestly it. Everything else is a disaster. Getting customer support is virtually impossible whether you try text, phone, or email. I had to escalate to my credit card company and still haven't heard anything from Bonobos. I'm grateful my credit card issuer stepped in because shopping here otherwise would've been a total loss. Don't expect anything good from them. I've permanently moved on and have even reached out to their retail partners to recommend they stop stocking their merchandise.
