Boot Barn’s Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Boot Barn can assist you with the return process. The item you want to return should qualify for these conditions below:
a. Product must be in unworn condition and include all original tags.
b. Items must be returned within 60 days of date received.
c. Boot Barn deducts $10 return shipping fee from your refund when a prepaid UPS return label is issued.
If the product is defective or there was an error by Boot Barn, the fee will be waived.
d. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
e. Items need to be returned in their original packaging (like boot box), and placed in its original shipping box or Boot Barn shipping bag.
f. Returns are usually processed within 3 business days after being received by Boot Barn’s warehouse.
g. For returns of purchases made in stores or events, refunds are given only via the original payment method and require the original receipt.
Cash will be refunded with a check. Returns without a receipt will be returned to the customer.
h. Customers who bought online may also return items at stores to receive a refund or store-credit.
