MAJOR ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY. Here's what happened to me. This company stole money from me. From September through November 2025, they charged my credit card over $600 for orders I never made, didn't approve, and never got delivered. What they did wrong: 1. Charges Without Permission: They processed multiple charges I never authorized, breaking Québec Consumer Protection Act Article 128 and U.S. Fair Credit Billing Act rules. 2. Lied About Delivery: They said they delivered a replacement item to me. Nothing showed up. That's straight up fraud. 3. Won't Let You Cancel: Even after I told them to cancel, they kept charging me, violating Québec's Consumer Protection Act Article 227.1. I had to close my credit card to stop it. 4. Totally Careless: They shipped a tanning device to a U.S. address when I'm in Québec, Canada. They also billed me for something from a 2024 shopping cart in November 2025. 5. Dishonest Rules: They hide behind a 45-day deadline but deliberately slow-walk their responses so the deadline passes and you can't get your money back. This isn't a mistake. It's a system designed to grab your cash and block refunds using automated bots and canned responses. I have proof of everything: emails, support transcripts, legal documents, and bank records. They broke laws in Canada and the U.S. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
