I contacted the company and they wanted me to cover the shipping to send it in for repairs. For what I paid for this bag, which frankly feels flimsy, they should be taking care of their customers. I won't be buying from them again, especially now that I've learned their products are manufactured in China rather than the U.S. like they used to be. The company has lost its credibility and integrity in pursuit of bigger profits.

Spent two hundred sixty-five dollars on a mini bag at a department store because the wallet feature looked appealing. Turns out it's pretty useless because I can't even fit my reading glasses or my sunglasses in there along with my phone. It's basically just an expensive wallet that's thicker than it needs to be. Not worth the money unless you literally just want to carry cards and nothing else.

They stopped allowing you to register your bags, which means you need to hold onto receipts as proof of purchase if you ever need repairs done. And if you bought directly from them, they only have your purchase history in their system if your email hasn't changed. Want to update your email? You have to create a whole new account, then call customer service to move your points over (but they won't transfer your purchase records). In this day and age, it's frustrating that a company this profitable hasn't invested in a better website where you can simply update your contact info without losing your purchase history. It's disappointing that something so basic isn't available, especially for customers who've bought these pricey bags multiple times. If you're thinking about getting a Brahmin bag, definitely keep your receipts safe or you'll be out of luck when repairs become necessary.

The customer service on these expensive items is really disappointing. I got a bag and the way it was made looked inappropriate. I called to complain and they basically said there was nothing they could do except let me return it and hope the replacement would be better. They couldn't even guarantee the new one wouldn't have the same issue. How can a company not quality check their products before they ship them out?

Your bags are beautiful and well-made, though they're pricey for most women. What really bothers me is how you've treated your employees. I think it's completely unacceptable that in today's world, you would accuse someone of being threatening or harassing just because she's a lesbian and doesn't fit your mold or speak the same way as others. This employee didn't do anything wrong, and you fired her without giving her a fair shot. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? As a lesbian myself, I'm going to make sure the LGBTQ community knows how you handled this situation. While it might not hurt your bottom line, people need to understand what your company is really about. It's 2024 and we should all be moving toward a more accepting world, not backwards.

Paid five hundred dollars for a Brahmin bag and when it arrived, the shoulder strap was missing. I called them up and they said I'd have to pay between fifty and sixty-five bucks to get a replacement strap. They basically told me to deal with the store where I bought it, which doesn't really make sense. I own twenty of their bags, but after this, I'm switching to Hammitt. Brahmin just isn't what it used to be.

That Berry Spice Dayan came across my social media feed when it first came out. I waited too long and missed it, but I found out a local store in the area had it in stock. I absolutely adore it, and the staff member who helped me was fantastic. They even got it sent to me by the next day.

I think it's really offensive that they use the name Brahmin for this brand. Brahmins have been the priests in Hinduism for thousands of years. Using that as a brand name is disrespectful, and making it even worse is that these bags are made from leather. It's cultural appropriation and it shouldn't be happening.
