The strollers work well until something breaks. My Bugaboo Butterfly's wheels stopped functioning properly, and even though it was still under warranty, Bugaboo wasn't able to give me real help. After lots of back and forth emails, all I got was a canned response saying it's normal wear as kids get bigger, which is really frustrating. For an item that costs this much, the customer support should be way better. I don't think I'll buy another Bugaboo after this.

Stay away from this place! Don't bother ordering here! I bought a car seat with a 360 iSofix base, travel cot, and bouncer, but somehow the company managed to misplace the base, the cot, and the bouncer! All I got was the car seat itself (which is useless without the base) and a diaper bag! Since I couldn't use any of it, I had to ship back the two items that did arrive, and now there's a problem with the shipping company too. I've sent email after email trying to get this handled. I've explained over and over that I don't have a car seat anymore because I sold my old one before receiving this new one, and I need my money back so I can buy something else. My kid can't go anywhere without a proper seat. This company has been nothing but a nightmare. I've been dealing with this for three weeks now. When you call, nobody can actually assist you. The people who could fix things just ignore your messages. Don't shop here unless you enjoy constant frustration.

Purchased multiple items from them. The Fox 5 is seriously solid and well constructed. Later got the Butterfly 2, but honestly I'm not impressed with that one as it seems like cheaper materials, which let me down.
I've been using the Bugaboo Donkey 5 for my twins for a couple weeks and it's absolutely stunning. Everything about it is well crafted, it handles great, and you can switch between configurations easily. My twins are happy, and those big wheels mean a super smooth, comfortable ride for them. In double mode it takes up space, but most stores are fine with it and we haven't run into major issues. It won't fit through our front door when it's fully in twin mode, but switching to single mode is so simple (just take the kids out of their seats, switch the setup) that it's really no big deal. My one issue is the handles on the seats. They go across the chairs so you can lift them out, but they're hard to snap into place. You have to push really hard, and it's easy to get one side not secured without realizing, so you pick up the seat and the handle pops off. Hopefully they'll make this easier in later versions. Otherwise, this is an excellent product and I'd suggest it to anyone.
