Ordered from these guys last year for iPhone 16s and tried again this year for iPhone 17s. I get the Pro Max and my husband gets a smaller model. Both times we ran into major supply chain headaches. Both times they held back the stuff they actually had in stock until the rest of the order was ready, but then when it was time to ship everything together, the first item wasn't available anymore. It's ridiculous management. Getting what you order from this company is clearly a major problem.

When it came in, it was clearly well-made and properly finished. That first case definitely slipped past their quality checks. I'm updating from 1 star to 4 stars because of how they fixed it.
