Their whole return process is intentionally messed up and difficult. They want you to shoot a video proving the case is fine and then they have to approve it. Plus they won't pay for your return shipping, so you're stuck paying out of pocket. They also won't refund your shipping costs. Even after jumping through all those hoops, I waited five days and had to ask them about my return status myself and still haven't gotten anything back. This company is a total waste of your money.
I've consistently had nothing but great experiences shopping here. The team takes care of you and the quality of what you get is outstanding.
Bought a Bullstrap case on 12/9 and the site said it would process in 24 hours with delivery in 2 to 6 days. Now it's late January and still nothing shipped. They never reached out to let me know anything was wrong, and I only found out about the backorder by bugging support myself. You're paying top dollar but getting bottom-tier customer care. Won't be ordering again.
This company has terrible customer service and you should avoid it. I will never buy from them again. Just really bad all around.
Placed an order for a case over a month ago and it never showed up. Customer service kept going back and forth with me but didn't really help. For the price they're charging for a premium case, I can't suggest this place to anyone.
Ordered from these guys last year for iPhone 16s and tried again this year for iPhone 17s. I get the Pro Max and my husband gets a smaller model. Both times we ran into major supply chain headaches. Both times they held back the stuff they actually had in stock until the rest of the order was ready, but then when it was time to ship everything together, the first item wasn't available anymore. It's ridiculous management. Getting what you order from this company is clearly a major problem.
It holds up for about a year then starts getting sticky and scratches super easily. I used to buy Apple leather cases and they were way better, no question, especially when you look at what you're paying here. I'd go with Caudabe or similar brands if you want something that actually lasts.
Got an Apple Watch leather strap to see if I liked their stuff, though it was final sale. The price drew me in since it looked nice on the website if a bit pricey. But I'm glad I didn't spend too much on this lesson. I wore it for one day, took it off that night, and when I put it on the next morning the strap tore right at the attachment point and became completely unusable. I couldn't believe how fragile such a hyped-up product was. Things I've bought from Amazon and even Temu have held up way better than this Bullstrap band.
Fair warning if you're thinking about buying here. The product fell apart and they wouldn't even answer my warranty claim. The customer service is unacceptable. Find a company that actually cares enough to respond to emails. Their phone cover is pretty bad too.
After reading some of the reviews here I wanted to share what's happened with me because it's been completely positive. I picked up a 15 Pro Max case back in November 2023. Two times since then I needed to swap it out for a replacement. Both times I worked with Vance in customer service and the whole thing went super smooth and quick. Just paid to ship it back and had a new case at my door within a few days.
