Really disappointed with the quality of Burton products. They talk about a lifetime guarantee but then claim everything is normal wear and tear so nothing gets covered. I shipped back a barely worn coat since the cheap lining basically fell apart while the rest looked fine. The inner net was perfect but that plastic backing just disintegrated after like 24 wears. The coat honestly looked better before. After spending cash to ship it to them, they refused to honor the warranty. Turns out this is a widespread issue with Burton coats falling apart all over the country. Their prices are high but the actual quality is low. Won't be buying Burton again since the poor construction just isn't worth what they charge. These clothes belong in a discount bin, not at their price point.
