Had a really bad experience with their customer service team. I spent a month trying to get a proper answer to my issue but never received any real resolution.

This is really frustrating. I completed my purchase specifically because the order clearly showed certain promotional items included in my cart, like a discovery trio, a deluxe sample, and two other premium samples. These items were all listed in my cart and confirmed in the order receipt right after I paid. Those bonuses were the whole reason I went through with the purchase. After the payment went through, those items got canceled without warning due to being temporarily out of stock according to company policy. They offered me a partial refund for one of the items. Customer service later told me the products will come back in stock eventually, but the company won't send them to me once they do. This feels really unfair from a customer standpoint. The order was confirmed. I paid. And then they changed what I was supposed to get. This isn't about minor samples either. It's about following through on what you agree to and building trust. When a brand says the order is final, takes your payment, and then changes what you're getting, it makes you lose faith in the whole company. Really disappointing.

My perfume order never made it to me. The carrier sent it back without even attempting delivery, and I got no notification from the company.
