The quality here has really gone downhill. Bought boots a few weeks ago and after wearing them just twice, the sole fell apart. For the price point, this is unacceptable. Please avoid ordering if you live in an apartment building with a suite number. Their system doesn't process apartment addresses correctly, instead treating the suite number as a house number, which means your order never gets delivered. Support told me that's how their system operates and they won't give refunds, despite charging you. They refuse to post any warning about this on the website. They'll take your payment but won't send your order. Support staff are extremely impolite and disconnect the call when you request a refund. I'm shocked this kind of practice is allowed.
