Never experienced customer service this bad before. I dealt with an employee who was incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional and dismissive. I had a faulty dress that cost a lot and wanted to exchange it. Instead of talking to her supervisor she left me a voice message being rude. When my mom and I went back to the store it got even worse with her refusing to apologize or turn off her tablet at the register. Definitely not someone who should be working in a high-end retail environment.

Total scam and I'm really upset about it. Items took forever to arrive and the quality was terrible. They're now refusing to do returns or refunds. Just avoid this place.

I'd give this zero stars if possible. The quality and color of these clothes is just awful. I'm struggling to get any of my money back for the cheap garbage they sent me. This is a total scam being advertised on social media with nice looking ads.

Yep, it's a scam just like everyone else says. I ordered two so-called dresses that were supposedly marked down from 100 to 33 pounds. They got here after a month of waiting since they ship from China and they're completely terrible. They're worse than the cheap stuff you see elsewhere. They're basically long t-shirts that are see-through instead of the elegant dress they showed in the pictures. Skip this company completely. There's no actual shop in London.

WARNING this is a SCAM. This isn't actually a London shop or a real UK company, it's a scam being run from China. I found out the hard way so learn from my mistake. They operate under multiple different names pulling off different schemes like fake closing sales because of Covid. You might get something but it'll be junk in the wrong size made from cheap materials that's poorly constructed and looks nothing like the pictures if it shows up at all. The second you place your order and try to cancel right away they refuse and lie repeatedly about their terms and conditions which are completely one-sided and protect only them.

Absolutely terrible purchase. When my dress showed up, the fabric was really uncomfortable and the sizing ran way too small. I wouldn't even put this on to work in my yard. Don't bother spending your money here, just stay away. Complete waste.

How do they claim to be a London business and then make me pay to ship returns to China. This needs to be reported. The dress itself was disappointing with sizing issues and low quality.

Completely fraudulent company. I bought two items that took forever to get here. When they finally showed up they were crammed into tiny bags and didn't look anything like the pictures at all. The quality was really poor. I complained and sent them photos like they asked but they're only offering 10% back and won't accept returns. I plan to keep pushing this and I've let them know I'm sharing all their emails online. They're not based in London, everything's made in China. Totally unacceptable.

Never got my order even though tracking said it was delivered on 3/31/25. When I reached out, they just kept saying they're dealing with the shipping company about it. I've been a loyal customer for quite a while but I was really let down by a recent purchase from their warehouse sale. The item that arrived was a completely different color and print than what I ordered, the quality was really cheap for the price they charged, and now they're refusing to refund me.

Here's what I'd say: only buy from Camilla if you're absolutely certain about sizing because their support won't help you. They seem totally unconcerned with making customers happy. Had a really bad experience with customer service at the store. An older employee with short blonde hair was dishonest to make a sale. When I asked about getting a smaller size, I should have trusted my gut. After keeping it in my closet for a week feeling unsure, I went back to ask about returning it for a different size. Stay away from Camilla's products. Got my parcel four days ago and started the return process right away, but it hasn't been processed through the system yet and I'm checking with the post office about it. They didn't even send it to my address. Their policy says returns have to go back within two weeks from when they shipped it, so they're saying I'm outside that window. It's a pricey item that doesn't fit and I'm out a lot of money.
