Don't bother spending your money here. I was charged too much, the room looked nothing like the photos online, there was no newspaper provided, utensils were missing, and dishes were filthy. The carpet had rips in it and smelled bad, and I found wet moldy paper towels stuffed under the kitchen sink. The bathroom towels had makeup residue on them. There were guys smoking outside the side entrance. The power cut out for an hour with no explanation. When I asked the front desk for help with the DVD player, they were completely useless.

We showed up due to a mandatory evacuation order in Naples, Florida. The front desk staff refused to honor our paid reservation without giving any legitimate reason and wouldn't offer a refund. The front desk employee seemed untrained, unprofessional, and downright rude. She claimed she couldn't locate our reservation, making a huge fuss while my wife was on the phone with the booking company for over half an hour providing various confirmation details. Meanwhile, the reservation was literally right in front of her on the screen. Even though my wife presented ID with our matching last name and we were both standing right there, the staff member continued to be difficult. My wife ended up calling the police, but they said it was a civil matter. The hotel still refused our stay and rejected the refund. They also claimed in person that they'd cancelled our second night reservation, then refused to refund that charge too. The second night is going to hit our credit card again. We had to book and pay for completely separate accommodations for both nights. The whole situation is so absurd it's hard to even process.

We had a booking at Candlewood Suites in Ft Myers, Florida. When we pulled up, the property looked practically abandoned. We also had a reservation at a Days Inn that supposedly was a nicer place. Since my partner is disabled and has trouble with stairs, it was a huge problem when we learned there were no elevators and the entire ground floor was shut down after a hurricane, plus the pool was closed. This property really shouldn't be operating. The staff member at the desk was actually very kind and helped us cancel and get our money back right away. Still, the condition of the building itself is just unacceptable.

This hotel was truly shocking. During my stay, an intoxicated woman confronted me in the lobby at around 3:30am while I was heading to do laundry. She followed me into the laundry room, got very close, and tried offering me beer while reeking of alcohol. I had no choice but to call the police. The property does have grilling stations on the patio, but it's mostly occupied by people smoking, and the smoke is so thick it's unbearable. The grill itself has a faulty ignition, so you have to manually light it with a lighter. I left a review on another site, and the owner became furious. He threatened to kick me out if I didn't remove it immediately. I made minor edits to keep it honest, but he still didn't approve and forced me to leave. While they offer complimentary laundry, the heavy door to the fitness and laundry area is propped open with an overflowing garbage can full of trash that sometimes sits there for days. One staff member named Alfred who worked nights seemed pleasant enough, but his voice was so quiet it was hard to understand him when I called.

This hotel room was nicely equipped with just about everything you'd need. The staff was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help. When we ran into an issue, they sorted it out in just five minutes flat. The spot is fantastic too, super convenient to the subway heading into Manhattan and you can walk right along the waterfront. I stayed at Candlewood Suites in New Jersey and was really pleased with it.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Docklands London was disappointing. The swimming pool operates on a very limited schedule for kids, only from 3pm to 6:30pm, which made it really inconvenient for our stay. The key cards constantly failed to work, and we wasted a significant portion of our vacation dealing with this issue. Additionally, the window wouldn't close properly, forcing us to sleep in a freezing 10 degree room. When we opened the room door, it kept coming off its hinges, which was a major problem.

This Intercontinental is an absolutely excellent choice. It sits in the perfect spot in the well-known Ballsbridge neighborhood of Dublin. Getting around Dublin is simple thanks to buses, trams, and road access. The surroundings are beautiful. On-site you'll find a fantastic restaurant, fitness center, pool, and parking. Breakfast offerings are really impressive. The team is warm, inviting, and genuinely works to make your stay memorable. The Executive rooms are spectacular, especially with that gorgeous super king bed. Dublin visitors should definitely stay here. Thanks for making our time unforgettable. Couldn't ask for better!

I called Vijay at the InterContinental London near The O2 to ask about my booking for three deluxe rooms we needed for taking the kids to an Ariana Grande concert and staying overnight. If you're looking for a home away from home with incredible service and fantastic dining options, the Intercontinental in Mauritius is your spot. I went there with family once, loved it so much that I returned with my partner just half a year later. The presidential suite is absolutely worth booking, it's the standout room in the whole place. Everything is spotless, the property is gorgeous, and the whole experience felt incredibly special. The staff treat you like royalty. The beach area isn't the best feature, but I'm already planning my next visit for next year because the overall experience was just remarkable. I'm recommending it to everyone!

I stayed one night before catching a flight, which meant I basically just needed to shower and leave. When I grabbed a towel for my shower, I immediately noticed gross stains all over it.
