Really terrible customer service experience here. I've never dealt with a company this unresponsive. Nobody acts like they care. Stay away.

I really like the Century lineup of products and the people who work there. Everything is always top notch in quality and they really stand by what they sell.

Got something that didn't fit right. They said they'd mail me a return label but I'm still waiting, and that was weeks ago. Opened a box today and found I'm missing an item that's supposed to be in there. This was meant to be a Christmas gift and now I'm worried how long it'll take to get this sorted. This company has really let me down. If they don't fix this in the next few days, I won't be ordering from them again.

You're paying for quick shipping and peace of mind, though I understand some folks haven't gotten that experience. For me, the delivery was fast and I'd say I got about 85% peace of mind. The packing job was excellent. When I opened my Kung Fu outfit, I noticed some loose threads hanging from the seams. The seamstress probably left those behind. I had to pick at them and tie off a few stray threads on the outer seam of my pants. The top came pressed and looking sharp. The materials are really nice quality, but there are definitely some loose threads sticking out that you'll want to deal with. Just be careful because some are actually sewn in, so leave those ones alone. I get that nothing humans make is perfect since we're all flawed. After trimming up those 3 loose thread ends on the left seam and cleaning off the hanging threads from both pieces, this would've been a 5-star review, but I got a bit annoyed having to do all that extra work.

This company really stands out. The products are top quality, the support is great, and the pricing is fair. It's tough to find this kind of value anymore. Thanks Century Martial Arts for everything!

The website crashed while I was ordering, which created a duplicate charge. The shipping department didn't catch the two identical orders with back-to-back order numbers. You'd think that would trigger a quick call to the customer, but it didn't. When my Bo-Staff arrived, it was broken even though the outer packaging looked fine. Clearly someone in shipping just doesn't care about what goes out. I called about the broken staff and they told me to send pictures. I did, and they said it would be handled, but then I never got follow-up on when I'd get the replacement. Most companies work hard to fix your trust after messing up twice, but not this one. Now I have to call a third time about the double charge. Customer support told me to refuse the second shipment, but given the two previous problems, I doubt they'll actually refund the duplicate charge to my card. I'm disappointed with how Century handled all of this. It's killed my confidence in ordering from them again.

You're usually a 5-star company. However, I got a quote for $6 extra but ended up getting charged $10 extra. They didn't have the student uniform in size 2 as a set, so I had to buy the pieces separately. They quoted me at $6 more, which I agreed to, but then the actual bill was $10 higher. That's not okay!

I ordered shoes for my granddaughter who wears a size 1, and when they finally showed up weeks later, they sent a size 10 instead. She'll never wear that size. I was told to send the wrong shoes back, repack them myself, and wait for them to receive my return before sending the correct size. I didn't mess up the order, you did. I shouldn't have to deal with this frustration because of your mistake. I've been a loyal customer and spent decent money here, but now I'm reconsidering. Century isn't the only place to buy martial arts gear.

This thing is built to last and feels like the real deal. Both of the ones we've used during training have taken serious punishment and just keep standing there ready for more. This BOB is honestly the closest thing to fighting an actual person. You can hit and kick as hard as you want, over and over. BOB doesn't mind!

Seriously, this is amazing service! I've placed three orders in the last few weeks and the speed of delivery has been crazy fast. This most recent one really impressed me. I grabbed some equipment bags during their outlet sale and ordered yesterday. Got my shipping notice today saying they'd arrive tomorrow. Unreal! Plus I accidentally typed my email wrong but didn't get a confirmation email, yet I still got the shipping notification. That means someone in your office was actually paying attention and noticed something was off. That's genuinely great customer service right there.
