Would give zero stars if I could. Total disaster. I placed an order back in November for my kids' Christmas gifts. It's now February and the order still hasn't shipped. I can't get through to an actual person and I've been trying for two weeks to get my money back. Today I finally got an automated response saying too much time has gone by and they can't help. 100% avoid this place.

Shopping at champs for the first time was awesome. Muhammad Baddar and his team went out of their way to help with everything I needed. Nothing was too much trouble and the service quality was fantastic, honestly better than most stores these days. Carlos also stepped in and gave great help too. Champs clearly trains their staff right because this is the best service I've gotten anywhere in years. Definitely coming back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CHAMPS SPORTS ONLINE. I would give zero stars if the system let me. I ordered something and it never actually shipped from their warehouse. The label was created but nothing moved. I tried calling for two hours straight and finally got through to someone who told me to wait until December 24th, which was the supposed delivery date for Christmas. I placed my order on December 15th so there was definitely enough time, but my item never left their facility. Who does that to customers?

Ordered shoes online for in-store pickup saying they'd be ready in two hours. Got to the store and they told me the shoes shipped from somewhere else and wouldn't arrive for over a week, even though that same store had the exact shoe and size in stock. Called customer service and got stuck on hold for over an hour just to get an automated message saying nobody was available. Skip ordering online from this place. I'm done shopping there completely.

If you're thinking about enrolling yourself or your kids in training, please know what happened here. There was video proof of an employee almost hitting three people with a vehicle on the property. After that, the same person confronted them and tried to start a fight. The disrespect shown to the martial arts and what it represents is unacceptable. One of those people was just 18 years old and faced bullying and intimidation from this employee. You really want your children learning from people like that? There are plenty of other options in town. I'm definitely spreading the word about what goes on here.

I never ordered anything from champs sports, yet someone used my email to purchase shoes. When the shipping notification came through, I realized what happened. I spent hours on the phone trying to get it sorted with their customer service and billing departments. The person who made the purchase used a name that's nothing like mine, and apparently paid through an account I don't own. The address turns out to be a warehouse location. Even after explaining all this to their team, they basically didn't care and refused to help. As long as champs gets paid from somewhere, they seem fine with it. That's a terrible way to run a business.

Got swim shorts delivered with security tags still on them. I was traveling when they arrived so I didn't check right away. When I finally opened the package, I discovered their mistake. I called customer service to ask about a refund or help, but they turned me down because I hadn't reported it within 45 days. My order was only 60 days old and they wouldn't make an exception despite it being clearly their error. This is ridiculous. Their quality control during packing is clearly lacking. Make sure you inspect items the moment they arrive because champs won't own up to their own mistakes. I even asked if they'd help out for the sake of good customer service, but they just said no and hung me out to dry. Really let down by this.

Not sure why others had such problems with their orders, but mine showed up in under a week and I paid way less than the nike store charges. The shoes look incredible.

We work with authorized retail partners who will handle returns for items that have material defects or workmanship issues. If you have a nike product with a defect, the fastest resolution is to reach out to where you purchased it from directly for assistance.

Was nervous after seeing some of the negative reviews before I bought, but my order arrived the very next day and everything was exactly what I ordered. Plus the pricing was unbeatable. I'm a real customer and this is genuinely what happened. No connection to the company whatsoever, just had such a good experience I wanted to share it.

Grabbed some shoes from here and then started reading the reviews and got pretty worried. Turns out I didn't need to stress at all. The shoes arrived the next day looking exactly like the pictures, and I got a fantastic deal. I'm being straight up with you, this is my honest opinion and I have nothing to do with the company. Everything went smooth and I really appreciate it turned out so well. Would definitely recommend.

Went to the store and the employees were just sitting around on tables scrolling through their phones. I was in there for five minutes and not a single person looked up at me. Guess champs is making enough money that they don't need to help customers.

What a nightmare dealing with their customer service. I ordered shoes but received sweatpants instead. When I called to report it, the original shoes were already gone. I asked about swapping for a different pair that cost a bit more, and after 30 minutes of back and forth they finally agreed. I thought we were good, but then I got an email saying those replacement shoes were out of stock too. I was upset when I called again, but this time they wouldn't budge on getting me shoes that were higher priced. The staff clearly has no idea what inventory they actually have, and they can't seem to get orders right from start to finish. It's shocking this company is still operating with how disorganized they are.
