Placed an order on October 23rd requesting quick delivery and they quoted 3 working days. They charged me right away but I had to keep calling for updates since no emails came through. On October 31st they finally told me the package was lost in transit and offered a refund. Not going back to them.

This website is a total scam. I ordered two items for $60 and was never asked for a delivery address. I didn't realize it until after I paid through PayPal. When I tried clicking the cancel button in their email, it just took me to advertising. My order isn't in my account either. I jumped on their chat and they never responded. Tried calling their number and it just rang and rang. I definitely won't be shopping with them again. My cancellation window ran out because their setup makes it impossible to actually cancel an order.

Absolutely terrible experience ordering from Clinique online. My gift order arrived 13 days later with awful packing that caused a full-size cleanser to spill everywhere and damage everything inside. On top of that, 11 items were completely missing. When I called customer service, I waited 25 minutes just to speak to someone. They promised a replacement would arrive the next day, but nothing showed up. I called back after another 30-minute wait and found out the replacement hadn't even shipped yet. Asking for a supervisor meant waiting another 15 minutes to hear it wasn't being expedited at all. Do yourself a favor and never order from Clinique online.

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to place an order for almost a week and their system keeps going down. The only way to find out there's a problem is to actually call them. Zero communication and no updates. They also made an error that required me to reset my password and nobody there cares or can help fix it. Just avoid this place entirely.

I would give zero stars if I could. I've been buying Clinique products for over 30 years and the website experience has been so bad it's making me look for alternatives. Their customer service seems designed to get you off the line as fast as possible, even if it means straight-up lying. My problems started when I requested 2-day shipping for a time-sensitive order and it got switched to regular shipping with no explanation. For two days the site showed my order being packed but not shipped. I tried to cancel but couldn't since more than an hour had passed. Then I tried changing the address but was told it had already shipped, even though the site still said it was being packed. After pushing harder with a supervisor, I was told only the shipping company could change it and given a tracking number. I've been trying to reach them ever since and getting nowhere.

I ordered on Friday the 21st and got my package by Tuesday the 25th, so the delivery timing was pretty good. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the delivery person left my package on the ground floor near the mailboxes instead of bringing it up to my front door on the third floor like I requested.

Incredibly unprofessional handling. I sent back my items on December 4th and still haven't seen any processing. I've called repeatedly and keep hearing the same line about it being done in 3 business days, but nothing ever happens. This company offers zero service and even worse customer care. Honestly the worst customer experience I've had.

Don't order, especially around the holidays. Update: They're asking me to email even though I've already tried everything. Spent a lot of time on chat with them. They advertise 2 to 5 day shipping but when I asked yesterday about the delay, they said they added 96 extra hours because they knew they'd be busy. They never told me this upfront and won't do anything to help.

Had an amazing experience at the Clinique counter in John Lewis at Westfield. The associate Ilky went above and beyond. I came in just looking for a dark circle corrector that wouldn't settle into fine lines and couldn't find my shade. She made the whole process effortless with her knowledge of mature skin, and I ended up getting a lipstick and blush too. Really grateful for her help.

My order was never actually sent. They created a shipping label but didn't pack anything or hand it off to the carrier. The carrier has no record of receiving my package, yet Clinique keeps saying I should handle it with them. How can the carrier do anything when they never got it in the first place? My order is stuck at the distribution facility and shows label created status, which clearly means Clinique didn't ship it. They refuse to send a replacement or give a refund. I've had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. The customer service reps had poor communication skills and seemed distracted handling other customers at the same time. I've been a customer for 30 years and now I'm done.

About a decade ago I stumbled into trying Clinique at a beauty counter and it completely changed my makeup routine. I tested their liquid foundation and was blown away by how well it covered problem areas on my mature skin. I deal with some thread veins and occasional rosacea, and this is the only foundation that truly hides everything without a trace. It genuinely takes years off my appearance. Sure, the prices are steep, but you really do get what you invest in. Looking at the reviews, it seems the issues are mainly with online ordering rather than in-store experiences. They should definitely fix that because the actual products are fantastic. Love getting those little sample sets too. Fun fact: Margaret Thatcher was supposedly a huge Clinique fan and wouldn't use anything else. Before her political career she trained as a chemist, so she probably understood the formulations and felt confident using this brand. While I'm no scientist myself, I trust the quality.

Really great makeup line if you have oily skin. These products totally transformed my skin.

The Clinique counter in Redditch is fantastic. Charlie did my makeup and she looked so good that I had to get her help. She's really knowledgeable and welcoming, and she did an incredible job. I walked out with tons of new makeup I'm excited to use.

I was really anxious about going in, but Sarah at the counter made me feel completely comfortable right away. She actually listened to what I needed and walked me through everything without trying to push products I wouldn't use. Her service was fantastic and she turned me into a loyal customer.

I'm really devoted to Clinique because my skin is super reactive and breaks out with most other brands. Clinique is literally the only line that works for me. The foundation is expensive but lasts forever and gives such good coverage. My sister and I are obsessed with their chubby sticks, and the powder is fantastic too. I always catch their promotions to load up on free gifts. The customer service is wonderful and makes shopping there even better.
