The drivers are genuinely nice and super helpful. The problem is they store all the bags outside and they show up completely soaked. What use is getting 2 dozen bags of soggy smokeless coal? They should cover the stacks with a tarp or something. I'd gladly pay extra for coal that's actually usable instead of having to unload a bag by my stove and let it dry before I can burn it. Who knows what moisture in the house does to air quality.
