I own two of Coleman's 6 man instant cabin tents and both leaked immediately out of the box when it rained. Coleman refused to back the product and just told me to buy waterproof spray. I went out and spent about 70 bucks on spray cans and applied it generously but they still leaked. Coleman has turned into a low quality Chinese manufacturer. I'm done with them and will buy from a company that actually cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They completely ruined my hunting trip.

Skip the Coleman brand products. The stuff they're selling now is made in China and the quality is absolutely terrible. You can't get any decent customer support and good luck finding replacement parts. They're just trading on an old brand name that once meant something, but those days are long gone. Spend your money on something better made elsewhere. I wish I could leave zero stars.

I wanted some recommendations since they don't make the specific part I was looking for, but she just wanted me off the phone. It was just no and no and no suggestions. I try to be nice to people and my own company makes sure employees are friendly and helpful to customers. These folks could use some communication training. Had to go search the web myself.

Picked up a pair of chairs while traveling through the region, and after 8 weeks the seams fell apart. Reached out to Coleman and they basically said to go back to where I bought them. If you're traveling around like I was, you might want to stick with brands like BCF or Anaconda instead.
