These new blackout tents have neon zippers that look like disco balls. I reported the issue to the company and they deliberately dragged out the resolution past 120 days to avoid chargebacks. Avoid this product and their support team.

I own two of Coleman's 6 man instant cabin tents and both leaked immediately out of the box when it rained. Coleman refused to back the product and just told me to buy waterproof spray. I went out and spent about 70 bucks on spray cans and applied it generously but they still leaked. Coleman has turned into a low quality Chinese manufacturer. I'm done with them and will buy from a company that actually cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They completely ruined my hunting trip.

Called customer service and got nowhere. They seemed completely disinterested when I asked about getting replacement parts.

Skip the Coleman brand products. The stuff they're selling now is made in China and the quality is absolutely terrible. You can't get any decent customer support and good luck finding replacement parts. They're just trading on an old brand name that once meant something, but those days are long gone. Spend your money on something better made elsewhere. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Make sure you're totally certain about what you want before ordering, since their return and exchange process leaves a lot to be desired. In my case, I couldn't return my item because customer service took forever to respond, and when they finally did, it was clear an automated system had written the reply. I've owned a Coleman cooler for over three decades without issues, but this recent experience has really let me down.

After six years of heavy use I'm finally reviewing this tent and honestly it's been fantastic. I haven't babied it at all, threw it in wet, hosed it down each season, and never had a single issue. The blackout bedroom feature is awesome.

This product shouldn't even get one star. The golf cart had four separate electrical problems. It's been at the service center for over a month and they can't locate the part they need. Their customer service desk is a nightmare and the warranty people are even worse. I regret this purchase and wish I hadn't made it.

I bought the Coleman xl pro shelter for my son's football party. It was a windy day and the dome kept collapsing inward. On the third time it bent and broke the connecting pole. We're not talking about crazy storm force winds here. When I called Coleman about it, they took two weeks to respond and then just said it shouldn't be used in wind and they wouldn't replace it. That seemed pretty disappointing for something marketed as a shelter. I followed up asking about getting a replacement pole piece but never heard back. Skip this shelter.

Don't go with Coleman tents. They're leaky and not nearly as solid as other brands out there. I've contacted their customer service six different times and somehow get someone new each time. They send back a thank you email but nothing actually gets done about my warranty claim. It's pointless to offer a warranty when you ignore customers. We love camping but can't use this tent anymore since the entire white roof started failing and leaking.

Got a pump from Coleman and ended up losing the nozzles that go with it. Called them to see about getting replacements and spoke with someone pretty unhelpful who said spare parts aren't available. She suggested I could use my warranty, but that doesn't help when nothing is broken. Now my pump is basically useless. Really frustrating that they don't support their own gear.
