I own two of Coleman's 6 man instant cabin tents and both leaked immediately out of the box when it rained. Coleman refused to back the product and just told me to buy waterproof spray. I went out and spent about 70 bucks on spray cans and applied it generously but they still leaked. Coleman has turned into a low quality Chinese manufacturer. I'm done with them and will buy from a company that actually cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They completely ruined my hunting trip.
Called customer service and got nowhere. They seemed completely disinterested when I asked about getting replacement parts.
Skip the Coleman brand products. The stuff they're selling now is made in China and the quality is absolutely terrible. You can't get any decent customer support and good luck finding replacement parts. They're just trading on an old brand name that once meant something, but those days are long gone. Spend your money on something better made elsewhere. I wish I could leave zero stars.

She suggested I could use my warranty, but that doesn't help when nothing is broken. Now my pump is basically useless. Really frustrating that they don't support their own gear.
