I've since realized that company websites tend to filter out and hide all the negative feedback. Can't rely on those reviews.

The customer service at this company was absolutely awful. My package showed as delivered a couple weeks back but I never received it. I live somewhere packages don't typically get stolen. Checked with neighbors and still nothing. Called the company for help and they basically said it's not their problem, take it up with the postal service.
