What is the Dickies Shipping Policy?
When you shop at Dickies, there are a few options for getting your order. The total delivery time includes up to 3 days for processing plus the shipping time.
For Standard Ground Shipping, it costs a flat rate of $6.99 and takes 5-7 business days to arrive. If you need your items faster, you can choose 3-Day Select, which costs $12.00 for orders under $100.00 and 10% of the subtotal for orders over that amount.
The fastest option is 2-Day Air, costing $20.00 for orders under $100.00 and 20% of the subtotal for orders over $100.00.
It’s important to know that while Dickies tries to ship everything in one box, your order might arrive in separate packages to get to you faster.
You will only be charged one shipping fee, no matter how many packages you receive. Also, Dickies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or other issues beyond their control.
What Is the Dickies Return Policy?
If you're not happy with your Dickies purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be in new condition, meaning it has not been washed, worn, or altered.
To start a return for an online order, you can simply log into your account and go to your Order Details page. If you don't have an account, or if it was a gift, you can use the "Track Your Order" page with your order number and email. Once you select the items to return, you can get a free return label.
Please note that all clearance sales are final and cannot be returned. Once Dickies receives and checks your returned item, your refund will be processed and you'll get a confirmation email.
