The pizza I had from the market deeping…

The pizza I had from the market deeping branch,it had which looked like a crane spider/fly on top of my pizza.i did not bother to complain as they might of thought I was not telling the truth.This has put me right off these pizzas.its a shame as this was very off putting.

I ordered small mushroom pizza

I ordered small mushroom pizza, there were very little mushroom on top and almost no cheese on top. very poor quality

So Thankful for Domino's During Holidays

I am just have really been going through Alot with moving so in-between 2 places new place not date yet just after Christmas I'll move , so I'm all packed up so it has just been such a wonderful way I know I can have a nice and warm favorite meals of mine also and they even awarded me free bread sticks for 40 points & I was going to order to eat but very nice man working 36+ hrs straight just barely okay I asked if he was okay and needed some food maybe? He was so thankful and said yes please so I was so happy to gift him a gift given to me so thank you Domino's Also I'm moving now and has been just helped me feel way better and not only have how dinner tonight I will have lunch and left overs tomorrow also and I'll be alone for Christmas so I'm very thankful to just have meal taken care of this year and I dont have to feel bad being alone too Also the workers are always just so sweet and professional always make sure I know they thankful too as I am also and even tonight they said happy holidays too that's just an incredible bunch of young future presidents lol or close right I wish I could of tipped more all had $2 after the $30;And I picked up myself too thank you and pray for Christmas bonus because they really deserve it especially to work on Christmas and work so hard thank you so much

I would give negative if I could

I would give negative if I could. This is the 3rd time with horrible service, but they coaxed me to try wit free pizza. I choose a 3 upgrade to speciality pizza. I added a ranch and switched sauce from barbecue to Alfredo. Now, my free pizza was 12.50, then they added service fees, delivery charge, and my mandatory tip(ya know)! Now my once “free pizza” cost me $26 dollars! I’m guessing it if actually had to pay full prize, I would have spent $50 on a medium BBQ Chicken pizza. Someone make it make sense?

I placed an order online for 3 medium…

I placed an order online for 3 medium pepperoni pizzas. When I went to pick them up and came home I immediately realized those were not the pizzas I ordered. I called up there to speak to someone about it. And suggested that maybe there was an online glitch in their system because these were not the pizzas I ordered.. I asked if they can remake the right pizzas for me. He said no but I can bring them back and he can refund my money. So I brought them back right away and asked again if he could please remake them. He told me no he will not be remaking anything because i placed the order online so there for it was my fault. He was extremely rude over the phone and even worse in person. I asked to speak to the manager. Which he informed me he was the manager and his name was Jesus. He refunded the my money on the card which would take 3-5 business days to reflect the funds. I’m very disappointed with his service. I had to order pizzas from Pizza Hut and that inconvenience me an hour. I had a party going on and that messed everything up. He was so mean to me and he should not be working in customer service. Terrible attitude. I felt very discriminated against. I want to talk to corporate about him. I can’t believe how rude and nasty he was to me.

Extremely Poor Service and Unacceptable…

Extremely Poor Service and Unacceptable Staff BehaviorI ordered a split half-and-half pizza through the Domino’s website (MetroWest, Orlando). The website clearly allows two different topping selections for each side, which is exactly what I chose. There are no additional instructions required on the site beyond cut and bake options.When I picked up the order, no one opened the box to confirm the pizza. Once I got home, I discovered the pizza was incorrectly made—all toppings were mixed together into one dry pizza instead of being split as ordered.I immediately called the store using the number on the receipt. I made five calls, waiting up to 11 minutes at times. When someone finally answered, the employee repeatedly talked over me, interrupted me, and eventually hung up, saying they were “too busy.”I then returned to the store in person. Both employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. The female employee, who appeared to be the manager or lead, told me to “shut up,” called me a name, and threatened to call the police if I ever returned. Instead of resolving the issue, she said the order would be canceled.The order was canceled, but I never received a refund, which is still unresolved.This review is also a question to the owner:How is this level of behavior acceptable? Ignoring calls, hanging up on customers, verbal abuse, and threats are not how customer service issues should ever be handled.Very disappointing experience. I will not return.

Double tip Hustle.

I ordered Domino’s through Uber Eats from the Palm Desert location on Highway 111 & Deep Canyon and left an $11 tip in the app. When the delivery driver arrived, she claimed she wasn’t tipped and showed me a printed order slip, not an invoice, which does not reflect Uber Eats tips. Believing her, I gave her $10 cash on top of what I had already tipped.After checking my bank statement, I confirmed the tip was in fact charged through the Uber Eats app. I then called the store and was initially told the tip was not charged. When I started explaining that I could clearly see the charge on my account, the employee suddenly changed her story and said, “Oh, you were charged — my bad.” I was then told the driver would bring back the $10.This entire situation felt unprofessional and dishonest. Customers should not be put in a position where they’re pressured or misled into tipping twice. I don’t need this kind of hustle when ordering pizza. Very disappointing experience with this Domino’s.
