When I looked online, I found multiple complaints about that same branch pulling this exact scam. The company needs to address this.

Our neighborhood location is excellent. On those rare occasions when something goes wrong, they actually call you to let you know and work with you to fix it. The food is always tasty and the drivers are super friendly. Plus they always have some kind of promotion going on.
