Really good overall, though occasionally they'll mess up the order and bring something different than what I asked for. Aside from that minor issue, the food tastes great and I'm genuinely a fan. The pizza is delicious!

Great staff who are always friendly and willing to help out whenever they can. It's actually one of the few places where I don't mind going in person instead of just ordering online.

I placed an order for pizza and sides with delivery included and paid for it upfront. When my food arrived, the driver called asking me to meet him at the reception area. I explained that I don't live there and that I'd already paid for delivery to my home. My residence is located in a residential community about 300 meters from reception. He reluctantly walked to my place but was quite rude about it. By the time he got there, my pizza had gone cold. When I reached out to complain to the local manager, they weren't available. I'm 77 years old and dealing with a disability, yet they expected me to walk that distance to collect something I'd paid to have delivered. I've since filed a formal complaint with corporate Domino's. I won't be ordering from them again. They apparently have a policy of not delivering to certain residential buildings. If you're older or have mobility issues, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I've been happy with my visits to the Domino's in my area, even though I see mostly negative reviews out there. While the toppings aren't always exactly right, it's never been a big deal to fix. The pizza quality is consistently good across all the different crusts and toppings we've tried, and I think they do a solid job with how they prepare it. We're outside the normal delivery zone, but I'm glad to hear they're partnering with third-party services to reach more areas. Since my husband is in his seventies and his night vision isn't great, I appreciate not having to worry about him driving in low light. The New York style 16-inch is our favorite, and it's so big we can get two meals out of it. Our local shop has had the same owner for years and he treats everyone really well. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Really unhappy with my experience at the Drogheda location. Not only was the pizza disappointing quality-wise, but I also got a call saying they didn't have one of the toppings I'd ordered. Even though they removed it, I was still charged the full price. Then on top of all that, they hit me with a 4.50 delivery fee for something just 2 kilometers away. That's ridiculous. I won't be ordering from them again.

This is the second time my order has taken well over an hour to arrive. I had to call to find out what was happening, and apparently the driver couldn't locate my address even though I'd already entered all the details in their app. I'm not going to bother ordering from them anymore.

My visit to the new Pendleton Salford location was really disappointing. I walked in to find the shop empty, but it took over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The staff looked swamped, but that didn't help my situation. I had a promotional voucher for a free pizza from their grand opening, good until Wednesday, December 1st. When I handed it to the employee, he glanced at the clock and said we're too busy and it expires at 4pm. It was just past 4, and I'd already been waiting around. I pointed out the voucher didn't mention any time cutoff, plus it said valid until the 1st, and today is the 1st, just on a Sunday instead of a Wednesday. He just kept saying they were busy. I explained I was trying to get a pizza for someone experiencing homelessness outside the store. I don't usually leave reviews unless they're positive, but this staff member's attitude was honestly rude. If the time restriction had been clearly printed and he'd been more helpful, I would've bought the pizza anyway. For a brand new location trying to build a customer base, treating people better would probably help.

Stay away from this place. The Citywest location is really dragging down what Domino's should be. They're happy to take your money fast, but they refuse to take any responsibility when things go wrong with your order.

I called Domino's to ask about their BOGOF deal and how it actually works. Apparently when you use the offer, a single large pizza that normally costs 12 pounds ends up being 24 pounds for just one pizza. I still haven't gotten an explanation from them. This feels like a serious rip-off, so I'm taking my business elsewhere. I won't be buying from Domino's anymore.

The food arrived cold, and parts of it were completely raw. The pizza wasn't good at all, and the chicken box was undercooked, raw, and overly greasy. Really let down by this order. You're better off going somewhere else.

I'm pretty disappointed with how our pizzas turned out tonight. We usually order from this location regularly and the food is normally really solid. But tonight my family and I couldn't even eat what we got. It was seriously that bad. There was hardly any cheese or sauce on the pizzas. The pepperoni tasted off, and the crust was overdone, basically burnt. I get that mistakes happen and I appreciate their hard work, but hopefully they can improve their food prep. The one bright spot was that I called and talked to the store manager. She was genuinely nice, listened to what I had to say, and offered to replace our pizzas the next time we order. That was really considerate of her. My family and I will definitely try again and hopefully have a much better experience next time.

The delivery person was genuinely nice and professional, double checking that everything was right and that I was happy. The overall quality and attention to detail really made this better than most other pizza chains. Domino's puts out quality pies and backs it up with delivery service that shows they actually care. I'd definitely recommend them.

The new Denbigh location just opened so you'd expect there might be some kinks to work out. I ordered two medium pizzas for pickup and when I got home, they were barely 10 inches. I called the manager to point this out and instead of listening, he basically argued with me and gave me a lecture. I won't be going back.

The food quality here is really bad. I ordered wings with BBQ sauce and received wings that were barely cooked. To make matters worse, the driver went to the wrong address, so my pizza showed up cold. Honestly, save your money and go somewhere else.
