I would give zero stars if I could. Seriously wish I read reviews before spending over 500 dollars on their piano. The instrument looked amazing, but it was supposed to be a gift for the kids at Christmas and when we opened it up there was wood damage on the bottom from shipping. Plus the first ten keys don't even work. We went back and forth for a while until she was like, "Fine, you can return it, but you're paying the shipping. It'll be really pricey. So want that replacement part instead?" I'm going to dispute this charge with my credit card company and with Klarna, and I'm reporting them to the FTC for these scam tactics.

Got a DED200 drum kit in April 2022 and it started out fine. Then after just a couple months of casual playing, things fell apart. The bass drum stopped responding completely. Called support about it and they said that's my problem to fix. Then my snare started acting weird, always detecting rim hits even when I was hitting the center dead on. I called again hoping they'd warranty it since it was clearly faulty. They just told me to reprogram it as a tom instead. After that the headphone jack went bad. Now it sounds like everything's covered in reverb. Most recently the wireless receiver decided it only works in one exact spot, which is impossible to maintain. I really regret spending the money. Just buy a decent drum kit from someone else. Don't fall for this brand. I'll never recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a set of the DED-200 electronic drums and the sound module came defective right out of the box. I reached out to Donnerdeal asking about a replacement or repair, but they refused to do anything about it. Even though we bought them brand new, they wouldn't stand behind the product. I tried a different approach and asked if I could just buy a replacement module separately so at least the drums would work. They said they don't sell individual modules. Honestly, their customer service is pathetic. They were happy to take my money but wouldn't lift a finger to help me actually use the product. Won't be ordering from them again.
This is an excellent ukulele considering what you're paying for it. The build quality is really impressive and it looks professional. The design is clean, durable, and has some really nice details throughout. What really stands out though is the decorative work on the rosette and the label inside. You get everything too - the case, a tuner, strap, extra strings, picks, you name it. The sound is surprisingly full and powerful for a ukulele this size. Whether you're strumming chords, doing fingerpicking, or playing arpeggios, it cuts through and projects well. That mahogany body probably contributes to the deep, rich tone. Honestly, for the money, this is hard to beat in its category. Really pleased with what I got.
I got the Donner DEP-20 keyboard back in January 2021 straight from their site. The main complaint I had was the order tracking page, which kept saying it hadn't shipped even though it was already on its way. That seems to be fixed now since they switched to a different tracking system. After I emailed support they told me it was already shipped but the message was pretty hard to understand. About two weeks later it showed up at my door in Vancouver in excellent packaging. Everything impressed me from the moment I opened it - the keyboard itself, the pedal, the weighted keys that feel great, and even the manual. Donner clearly puts real effort into shipping a quality product. Three months later and I'm still impressed. This is perfect if you're just getting started or somewhere in the middle skill-wise. If you're working at a higher level you'd probably want something pricier. My only real complaint is their customer support could use some improvement. This would be a 4-star review but I'm giving 5 to help balance out some of the unfair feedback.

I also have their cajon, and everything plays beautifully. Beyond the instruments, I've picked up their wireless mics, receivers, cables, pedals, stands, and their digital wireless guitar setup. I even grabbed a 35-watt amp and that guitar pickup transducer. Everything's held up really well. One time I wasn't sure about that pickup transducer, but Donnerdeal really stepped up and helped me sort it out. The gear is built solid and won't break the bank either.
