I need to finally say something about this! Been ordering from this company for years and it's ridiculous. They take your payment and then just don't send anything. On literally every single order I've had to blow up at them after a month goes by with no shipment! And on my last order? They just randomly decided to give me a refund without asking. I'm just thankful they did because honestly I felt like I got scammed. These people are total con artists. Their response to complaints is laughable too - they can't even write properly!

I honestly wish the rating could go lower than one star. Regret not checking reviews first. The stuff is trashy and low quality. Their return policy is absolutely terrible - they hide all the important details in tiny print. Total garbage. Plus their customer service is somehow even worse than the products themselves. They've got your cash and don't give a damn. Stay far away from this company.

The item felt cheap, the sizing was way off, and I had to wait three weeks to get it. Their return process is such a pain that most people just eat the cost instead of dealing with it. Not coming back here. If they don't send me a medium I'm going to be furious. I've got pictures to prove it.

The first 11 orders I got from them were great - quality was good most of the time and they carry stuff you don't see in regular stores. I always got the insurance on my orders to protect myself in case something went wrong. But then on order 12, I got a message saying they tried to deliver but I wasn't home (which was a lie because I was there all day), and that they'd try again in a few days. Next thing I know they said the package was being returned. I contacted them right away and they told me to just wait for them to get it back and they'd refund me. They never did. Weeks later they claimed the package was destroyed because I wasn't home to receive it, so no refund. After fighting about it forever they offered me a 30% off coupon on what I'd lost. Then after even more back and forth they upped it to 60% but as an actual refund instead. Still lost money I shouldn't have.

Complete scam operation. Instagram and Facebook are always pushing ads for these sketchy sites promising fast cash.

When I saw the charge on my credit card it said something like 'shen zen shi fa' and I almost freaked out and called my bank to cancel it because I had no idea what it was. Took some digging to figure out it was actually Dresslily. Apart from that weird thing, most of what I've ordered has been pretty solid. Expect slow shipping though, and their size chart is super important - I'm normally a size 4 in dresses but had to go with XL based on their measurements, which did end up fitting right. Out of 8 items I've bought from them, just 1 didn't work out (a dress that looked more like sleepwear because the stretchy fabric hung flat) but I kept it since dealing with returns back to China seemed like a hassle. Got another order on the way now. Update from January: My second shipment showed up today and honestly the shipping seemed faster this time. Everything fit perfectly and looks just like the pictures, so I'm bumping my rating up. All the pieces are really cute.

I'm a medium in the US and that usually works, but there've been a couple times I needed a large or small. When it arrived it was well constructed and decent quality, plus it fit as described. So happy I grabbed another one. Make sure you look at the size guide since it changes for different items. If you need something fast you'll want to pay for the quicker shipping option because standard takes about 3 to 4 weeks. Overall though, pretty satisfied with how it turned out.
