I've ordered from them many times before for my husband's Christmas gifts since he loves their products and they last way longer than typical work clothes. Ordered on December 1st this year and here we are on December 20th with nothing. The live chat was no help, and calling wasn't any better. The tracking just keeps saying it's on the way to the next facility and arriving late, but never gives actual locations. They have no idea where my package is. It was supposed to be here on December 10th. Nobody could tell me if it would arrive in time for Christmas. They really need to switch from slow mail to UPS or Fed Ex or they're going to keep losing customers.

The constant barrage of Duluth Trading commercials while I'm trying to watch my shows on streaming services is getting out of hand. I see the same ad multiple times during every commercial break, sometimes multiple times in a single break. When I came here to complain about it, I noticed the company's rating is below 2 stars overall. This aggressive advertising approach is overkill and honestly making me consider dropping my subscription. Find a better marketing strategy and improve your overall business.

Got an e-gift card from them at 25% off and spent part of it, but then lost track of the rest. Reached out through their live chat and a representative named Leslie really went the extra mile to help me find it. What really impressed me was that she actually thanked me for being patient! Their customer service is genuinely outstanding, and their stores and products are always excellent. Wish I could give Leslie and her team way more than 5 stars!

Make sure your order details are completely accurate before submitting because once you place an order, there's basically no stopping it. I hadn't ordered anything in about a decade and called within 15 minutes of getting the confirmation email, but it made no difference. Definitely check everything twice before clicking submit.

I was ready to drop $106 on a purchase until I got to checkout and found out there's a $13.99 shipping charge on top of that. Nope, I bailed and went somewhere else. Most other retailers would be thrilled to take over a hundred bucks without tacking on extra fees. I've been a customer before, so it's disappointing to see this approach.

The product quality here is really impressive. I actually sliced my leg open pretty good on some roofing metal, about an eighth of an inch deep, and these pants didn't rip at all. Super comfortable and practical too. The problem is their sizing is way off. I'm usually a size 6, but they're saying I'm a 00 or XXS, which isn't my normal Medium at all. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. They need to fix their sizing and stop with the vanity sizing. If someone wears a 12, call it a 12, not a 6. It's annoying to have to drive to return and exchange items, though their year long return policy is helpful. I still recommend their overalls though since I do farming and construction work. Really solid gear.

The left rear pocket started tearing at the corner seam. Their quality standards seem to have dropped. I only keep a credit card sized item in that pocket, and the pants aren't even a year old yet. For this price, I might as well have shopped at a discount store. Wish I could've sent a picture to show the problem.

I requested a refund three weeks ago and it went through successfully, but my account still hasn't been set up. I won't be putting my money with them again until this gets resolved.

This company doesn't stand behind what they sell. Their warranty program is a complete joke and not worth the paper it's printed on.

Ordered a wool jacket for myself and a sweater for my wife, but both fit way too loosely. The jacket has wool on the outside but synthetic material inside with what feels like a plastic bag liner between the layers. Honestly, it's more like wearing a portable sauna. For the price I paid, the quality just doesn't match up. Not planning to shop with them again. Make sure you actually research products instead of just going by their marketing hype.

Really disappointed that they don't offer small sizes for women. They've completely left out petite sizes from their selection. That's a big miss.

I've been wearing Duluth products for years and the quality is consistently excellent. Their shirts with the hidden button design are fantastic, especially for gardening since they don't gap open. The sleeveless gardening shirts are some of my favorites. Customer service is top notch and everything holds up great over time. I had to retire my fire hose pants only because they didn't fit anymore, but those things are amazing for berry picking with all those thorns around. They really do feel like armor for your legs. Plus I get compliments on the wallet I bought from them all the time. I've returned items that didn't fit without any hassle. The negativity from other reviewers doesn't match my experience at all. Five stars for sure.

I've consistently had great results with Duluth merchandise. Everything is well constructed and made to go the distance. I've bought from them both on the website and at their stores multiple times, and the quality is always there.

I have a lot of respect for the caliber of clothing Duluth puts out. Most of my wardrobe now consists of their products. As someone with the height and build of a professional athlete, I can confidently order a size and know it's going to fit right and withstand heavy use over time.
