Never got responses to any of my emails. I ordered two pairs of dungarees several weeks back and still nothing arrived. What a huge mistake on my part. Will never deal with them again. This is not how a business should operate.

Got a Carhartt coat that was clearly a return from another customer. When I tried sending it back, the whole process dragged on forever. I kept checking in to see what was happening with no real answers. After six weeks of pushing back and forth, they finally admitted it wasn't even their item and offered me half off in store credit. That wasn't acceptable so I told them to mail it back immediately and filed a dispute with my credit card. This company won't see another dollar from me.

They advertised free shipping with a promo code but didn't actually honor it when I went to checkout. Their excuse was that the code had been leaked. The whole thing felt dishonest and made me lose trust in the company. They didn't earn my business that day.

A return from this place turned into a total nightmare. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They deliberately provide misleading info about products and skip important specs. If you try to exchange something, expect to wait over a month to get your replacement. Want a refund instead? They'll hit you with a seven dollar fifty charge. I didn't read reviews first or I wouldn't be in this mess, but this is absolutely the last order I'll place here.

Bought some shirts that seemed fine at first. After washing them and trying them on I noticed fraying along the button seam at the bottom. I've misplaced all my paperwork from the order and can't get anyone from the company to pick up. I'm not super tech savvy but our local Cal Ranch carries the same brands and they don't make returns complicated. Not coming back to this retailer.

This order came to about two hundred sixty dollars before I paid sixty five in shipping plus another seventy three in customs fees. The government tacked value added tax onto both the shipping and the items themselves which isn't the store's fault. Delivery took just under three weeks with tracking info, but once it got to the UK nothing was updated for four days. The package bounced around to twenty two different locations across the country before finally showing up. It went through a postal center in London which made no sense since I'm only three miles from Heathrow. I was stressed the whole time after reading the bad reviews but everything arrived in good shape. Just wish I didn't have that extra tax charge.

For a clothing retailer, your return system feels stuck in the past. Why do customers have to print and fill out return forms to mail in with their stuff? It makes zero sense that you won't just swap sizes without making someone return and buy again. Plus you're charging us to get the item and charging us again to send it back. This is absolutely ridiculous in 2024. I'm done with this company and suggest they get with the times instead of nickeling and diming shoppers.

FedEx messed up the delivery address, but this company totally stepped up. They sent a replacement right away and I got it with no problems. Then the original package showed up nearly a month later. They made the whole process of shipping the extra back super smooth and hassle-free. Their customer service team was fantastic. Really impressed with how they handled it and the Carhartt quality is solid.

Complete scam operation. Steer clear of this place.

This website looks like a scam operation. I made an initial payment for a hundred dollar purchase and they emailed saying it was refunded, asking me to pay again through PayPal. I don't use PayPal so I went through their link for a second payment. Days have passed since the first refund supposedly hit my account, but the second charge is still sitting there and nothing shipped. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times with zero response. I'm out two hundred bucks and nothing to show for it. Stay away from this site unless you want to risk losing your money with no recourse.

Ordered two pairs of pants and they arrived within the timeframe they gave me. If you're buying from Canada be aware that once you add shipping, taxes, and the currency conversion the total ends up being roughly double the base price, but that's not anything they did wrong. These pants are my go-to for work and turned out way more comfortable than I expected.

UPDATE: Absolutely amazed and humbled by how this turned out. I got several emails from Amanda in Customer Service and her care and compassion were truly outstanding. She was fair, thoughtful, and went way beyond what anyone would expect with what I'd describe as genuine small town business values. The whole team from sales to management seemed personally invested in making things right. Keeping them on my shopping list. If you have any issues with an order, reach out to them because there are actual people there who genuinely want to help. Original issue: Ordered jeans on May 6th and got two notifications about FedEx two day shipping. On May 9th still nothing arrived and FedEx stalled everything. When I alerted the company they claimed they shipped ground at five to eight business days but I have proof of two day service being charged. Sent screenshots showing this discrepancy.

One and done with this retailer. Put in an order for over a hundred dollars with everything in stock when I placed it. Now they're saying it could take two weeks for delivery. The customer service rep I spoke to was no help whatsoever. I cancelled the whole thing and will take my business elsewhere. This kind of service is unacceptable and honestly I'm shocked enough to be leaving a bad review for the first time ever.

Been looking everywhere in the UK and EU for a specific Carhartt active jacket with no luck. Found it on this website so I decided to give it a shot. The order shipped and arrived in just three days from the US to the UK which blew my mind. Their customer service team responds really quickly too. This store deserves a recommendation and I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks Dungarees.

Hunting for a Carhartt jacket proved tough in Australia with such limited options. Came across Dungarees and spotted the exact one I wanted on their site. Obviously I had some doubts about ordering from overseas after getting burned before. But wow, the jacket is absolutely perfect and I was floored by how quickly it arrived all the way to Australia. Will absolutely shop with them again. Fantastic quality and highly recommended.
