Terrible experience with customer service. I bought a gift card on a Sunday and never got it. Dealt with multiple representatives who said they'd open cases, but nothing happened. They promised reimbursement plus sending the card, and it finally showed up Tuesday with zero follow up from the company. I'm done shopping here.

Major waste of time and money. Placed an order two weeks ago on a Tuesday with absolutely no updates or tracking whatsoever. When I called on Thursday, they said escalations would call within 24 hours. Nothing. Called back Friday and got another promise for a callback within 2 days. Called a third time and was told it'd be 5 more days, plus they actually blamed me for calling too much saying it's making things slower. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have recordings of all these empty promises. The business is a total mess and I'm shocked they even stay open. If this was a major chain they would have fixed it immediately and offered compensation. The service is pathetic, the communication is dishonest, and I will never come back. Overpriced and terrible.

I've been shopping at Dynamite for years across multiple locations and keep coming back because the actual clothing is excellent. Quality is solid, sizing is consistent, and the styles work great for my work wardrobe. They're always on top of the latest colors and trends, and half my work outfits come from here. Their website ordering and delivery is super fast and reliable too. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the experience in stores varies way too much depending on which location you go to. Sometimes staff ignores you completely, sometimes they push you to buy things you don't want. Returning items is unpredictable as well, with some associates being lovely about it but others examining things like they're crime scenes even when tags are still attached. Plus their exchange process makes you return first then stand in line again to buy the replacement, which is annoying and inefficient. If they could get their in-person customer service to match the quality of their products and online experience, they'd be absolutely perfect.

Store staff are always friendly and genuinely helpful. Head office customer service could really benefit from picking up some tips from how well the local stores treat people.
