Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Check that you entered the code exactly as shown, including all letters, numbers, and capitalization, since codes are case sensitive.

Echelon Fitness Savings Hacks
Sign up for the Echelon Fitness email list to receive exclusive offers and early notification of seasonal sales. New subscriber codes often provide additional discounts on top of ongoing promotions.
Watch for holiday promotions and seasonal sales events when fitness retailers typically offer their deepest discounts. Combining a seasonal sale with a promotional code can maximize your savings.
Offers rotate in frequently from Echelon Fitness affiliate programs, so visit the top of this page regularly to see what promotions are currently live and plan your purchase timing accordingly.
If Echelon Fitness offers bulk or multi-item discounts, purchasing several pieces of activewear at once can lower your per item cost, especially when combined with a promo code.
Echelon Fitness Shipping Policy
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the items you order. Many fitness equipment retailers offer standard ground shipping, though expedited options may be available at an additional cost.
Echelon Fitness Returns & Refund Policy

Echelon Fitness Reviews
Echelon Fitness receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 18 reviews averaging 1.4 out of 5. The most persistent complaints center on mandatory subscription requirements that make equipment essentially unusable without ongoing monthly payments (typically $35-$38), poor customer service response times, unresolved fulfillment issues (missing promised incentives, failed installation appointments), and a confusing member website with unclear renewal processes. Shoppers also report limited class availability, particularly for international users, and frustration with the requirement to use Echelon's app for basic bike operation. A small minority of reviewers gave higher ratings, though positive feedback is minimal in the available data.
The company's business model of locking equipment functionality behind subscription paywalls after free trial periods end appears to be a primary source of dissatisfaction. Additional concerns include difficulty canceling memberships, buggy app performance, and customer service that shoppers describe as unresponsive. Multiple reviewers indicate they switched to competing fitness equipment brands and expressed greater satisfaction elsewhere. Very few shoppers recommend Echelon Fitness based on the review data.
Skip this purchase. These bikes now require you to be locked into a subscription plan. If you get a used one, do not update the firmware and stick with the QZ app instead.
Their customer service is terrible. I paid extra for installation of my treadmill and nobody ever came. I also never got the Amazon gift card I was promised. Don't spend your money here!
Don't bother buying from them. The customer service is atrocious. Their member website is confusing with no clear instructions on how to renew or get your membership activated. I sat waiting for support for nearly two hours before I just gave up. Purchased a different brand instead and I'm way happier now.
Thought the US experience was bad? I'm in Ireland and this company might be the worst I've ever worked with. I own their bike and there aren't any live classes available to me, and on-demand options are down to just two. You have to use their buggy app to operate the bike at all. My monthly subscription is 35 euros. I really wanted a Peloton but it's not sold here, so I'm stuck with this disaster.
Once that free trial period ends, you'll need to pay at least 38 dollars monthly. The bike becomes basically unusable without paying for a membership. Make sure you cancel or turn off auto-renew right away. Plus their live class offerings have gotten way fewer lately. Customer service isn't great either.
Zero stars. I wouldn't trust this company and would never purchase from them again. They sell you a bike that won't work unless you sign up for membership, then charge you automatically when your free period expires. I just wanted to ride the bike, not take classes. But it requires their app just for free riding. You can't cancel in the app, and if you call after 48 hours of being billed, they say no refunds. Instead they offered me the option to pay 38 a month. Completely unacceptable. Never again.
Zero stars. I have no faith in this organization and wouldn't purchase their gear again. You get a bike that needs a membership to function, then they automatically charge you once the trial ends. All I wanted was basic riding, not structured classes. But it forces you to use their app even for free mode. There's nowhere in the app to stop the subscription, and after you've been charged, they won't refund if more than 48 hours have gone by. Their "offer" was to just pay 38 bucks monthly instead. Awful. Avoid them completely.
After over 550 rides, I really do love this EX5 bike and it's holding up great, though the resistance selection could be better. When our screen went bad, the warranty replacement was smooth and quick. But here's where things went downhill: with the new monitor came a system update that wiped out all our past workout data. Now the app shows rankings only if you pay a subscription, which feels wrong for a piece of fitness equipment at this price point. Customer service couldn't offer real solutions, just kept repeating the same scripted responses. I miss how things used to work, and honestly this whole situation is pushing me away from the brand. Disappointed that Echelon seems indifferent to keeping customers happy.
Stay far away from this company. The bikes themselves break down way too easily and fall apart under normal use. Their support team is completely useless when something goes wrong. Seriously, do not give them your money.
This has turned into a pretty weak fitness setup. Before 2022 I would've said five stars with no complaints. Had a problem and they sent a replacement bike, plus the course content was excellent back then (credit to the instructors who honestly are the only reason I haven't quit yet). Then the budget cuts started happening. They removed popular tracks we loved and swapped them for generic royalty free music with no personality. For over two years they've made excuses and done nothing. They've clearly stopped caring about members and only focus on profits. Just get Peloton instead and spend a bit more. I regret not doing that from the beginning.
I'd rate it zero if possible. It was a huge error to go with Echelon. Constantly logging me out and getting back in is a nightmare. I despise it. I really want my cash back so I could try something different.
I'd give it zero stars if I could. Picking Echelon was a huge mistake. It logs you out all the time and it's a pain to get back in. I hate using it and honestly wish I could get a refund to buy something else.
Really like the bike itself, but the app is problematic. It crashes during classes in the middle of your workout and won't let you jump back in where you left off. When you're putting in effort and it suddenly stops, that's really discouraging. Would love if they built in a checkpoint system so you could pick up where it glitched, or fast forward to that spot and finish the session.
The bike itself is great, but the app has this annoying problem where it drops out during classes and won't let you jump back in and finish. When you're in the middle of a good workout and suddenly it cuts out, it's super frustrating. It would be awesome if they added a feature to save your progress or let you skip ahead to where the app crashed so you can keep going.
Update: Still no fix. I went with their stationary bike thinking it looked sturdy and well made. Right when I opened the box I saw the monitor was damaged. Contacted their chat support immediately hoping quick reporting would mean quick resolution. Wrong. A month later and I still don't have a replacement screen. Customer service keeps giving me the same canned answer about their team working on it. They won't escalate to anyone higher up and never give a timeline (days? weeks? years?). They claim the IT group is investigating but haven't even offered a replacement screen or a shipping label. A real company wouldn't leave customers hanging. They tout their five year coverage, so it's crazy they can't honor it. For the cost of this equipment, I'm really let down. Should've just bought something cheap from a marketplace or gotten Peloton instead.
