This is my third pair of their ponte pants and I'm very unhappy. After just two weeks, the waistband started falling apart. When I called to report the issue, their customer service was dismissive and rude, claiming they couldn't help since I'd recently sent them to be cleaned. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this treatment is unacceptable. I'm done with them and looking elsewhere for my wardrobe needs.

But if you're on the West Coast like me in LA and need to return something that doesn't fit or isn't the right color, prepare yourself for a month-long wait. They use USPS with some additional warehouse service where packages sit in limbo, and you can't even file a claim if something goes wrong during return shipping. Your money leaves your account instantly but getting it back feels impossible. This makes me very hesitant to order items I'm not completely sure about, especially with recent sizing inconsistencies I've heard about. After finally receiving a refund weeks and weeks later, I had to post complaints on social media just to get any traction, and even then the refund took forever. Super frustrating.

They weren't responding at all. After my second attempt, suddenly the package showed up as shipped and delivered, which makes no sense. There's no way to file a complaint or request a refund easily. Something about this whole situation feels off and fraudulent.

Absolutely terrible. This brand has the worst customer service I've encountered. I spent 250 pounds on an item and after one wash it had a hole in it. When I contacted them about the defect, they essentially told me they weren't interested. Don't waste your money on this brand.
