Never bought ski boots before and wasn't sure where to start with so many choices out there. Freddy, the boot fitter, took his time measuring and helping me pick the right ones. He made adjustments and explained what would happen as my feet adjusted to the linings. Great service and they even offered follow-up help if I needed it later.

I booked a ski boot fitting appointment at Castleford and filled out their form with my boot size, shoe size, and the fact that I have pretty small feet, hoping they'd prepare ahead of time. When I got there they checked me in on schedule and measured my feet. Then they said they had good news or bad news - they didn't have any boots in my size in stock. They brought out one pair that was a bit bigger to try, but I'd have to come back when they got other options from the warehouse. The staff was definitely professional and nice, but I drove an hour to get there for nothing. If you're offering boot fitting services and you know when appointments are coming, you should make sure you have the right size range available. That was disappointing.

I wanted new skis for an upcoming February trip and needed them fast. I called the Braehead location near Glasgow and spoke with Iain, who mentioned he had a couple pairs coming in the next day and would call me. I honestly wasn't expecting him to follow through, but he did call the very next day. We set up a time to meet and he walked me through all the ski details. He spent a lot of time helping me figure out the right size and really knew his stuff. One of his coworkers jumped in too and I felt like I got a really personalized experience. Iain was fantastic and clearly cares about taking care of his customers. Definitely worth commending.

The staff here really know their stuff and genuinely care about the sports they sell. They were super friendly and understood exactly what I needed. Otto, who did my snowmobile gear fitting, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me personally. Made the whole experience enjoyable.

Craig gave me fantastic attention while I was shopping for new boots and was incredibly patient. He found exactly what I needed. The whole experience at the Notting Hill location was first rate.

I grabbed a Goretex jacket at the Covent Garden store and Henry, the person helping me, was really knowledgeable and helpful.

Ben at Covent Garden gave exceptional service when I dropped in to find a winter jacket. Even though I was being pretty particular, he was patient and helpful. He grabbed about 10 different jackets for me to try and even pulled my mid layer and backpack to test everything together. Plus they matched a competitor's price which was the perfect ending. This kind of knowledgeable, attentive service is hard to find these days and I'll definitely be back.
