They cancelled my order without any explanation. I called right after placing it because there was a gap between payment confirmation and their acknowledgment. Those same items they supposedly cancelled are still showing as in stock on their site.

I relied on this company for my dog's prescription heart medication, and it was a nightmare. Their website is poorly designed and doesn't let you view or manage your account properly. They messed up practically every single order. I had refills pre-approved on file, yet they messaged my vet for approval each time anyway. I had to call constantly, and they're only available for calls during an 8-hour window in the Pacific time zone. The customer service staff aren't well-trained either. I ran into so many problems that my dog missed several days of his critical heart medication while waiting between refills. I switched to a competitor who actually knows how to handle prescription orders properly.

Every time I shop at EntirelyPets, I get a fantastic deal and excellent service. I definitely suggest checking them out for all your pet supplies.

This is ridiculous. I've left voicemails, sent emails, tried the live chat option, and nobody gets back to me. My order was supposed to arrive last Wednesday and still hasn't shown up. I want to cancel my auto-renewal and get my money back but can't do it online because you force customers to call. I would never send anyone to this company. If you actually run a legitimate business, you need to get it together. This operation seems like a scam that takes money and disappears. Stay far away.

I saw the negative reviews and was worried, but I called first and the rep confirmed the item was in stock and would ship that same day. I placed my order and it did ship the same day. Great pricing with no tax either. Will definitely order again. Pro tip: call ahead to verify items are in stock so you don't get disappointed.
