Ordered shoes and a shirt right around Thanksgiving and it's mid-December with still no sign of my package. Never got a tracking number or shipping confirmation initially. I waited thinking it was just holiday delays, but after 9 days of nothing I emailed asking what was going on. Got shipping details the next day, which tells me they probably misplaced my order. Still haven't received it. Every response has been automated, and even after complaining there's been no real apology or explanation. Plenty of other shoe retailers actually value their customers. I'm completely finished with Etnies and their sister brands too.

They're being dishonest about their free shoe promotion with accessories. Got an email about it today and checked it out. Turns out you actually have to buy shoes to get a free accessory, and obviously the accessory is cheaper anyway. These people are awful.

Orders sit in processing for weeks with no urgency to ship. Try to cancel due to shipping delays and you'll hit a wall. When your shoes finally arrive, they're stiff and uncomfortable. The real kicker? Their only office is in the Netherlands, which means returning items costs you £22 to £26 in shipping fees. Nothing on the product or checkout pages warns you about this. I raised concerns and got nothing but a copy of the return instructions, which apparently aren't as clear as they claim since countless customers were blindsided just like me. This company's policies are absolutely unacceptable.

Fake store. The shoes themselves are fine, I do like them, but this particular shop is fraudulent. Stay away.

Made three separate orders and only got one delivery because they keep cancelling the rest for unknown reasons. I even provided customer service with identification and address verification. No idea what's going on with their operations.

When I investigated, I found the charge came from some random name with weird characters instead of Etnies, and for a different amount. My bank caught it and refunded me, but only by luck. Definitely avoid this.

Another scam site is etniescasale.com. Looks completely legitimate but it's fraud. The real Etnies should warn people about this on their actual website but they don't. Makes you wonder about who's really running these operations.

Customer service basically doesn't exist here. Had a really frustrating time when I accidentally ordered the wrong size and wanted to fix it immediately. Sent several emails that were never acknowledged. Called and left messages with no return contact. My shoes have already shipped now. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Don't waste your time and money here.

Been trying to return shoes for more than a week and can't get customer service to respond with an RMA number. Calls go straight to voicemail with zero callbacks. Emails sit unanswered for 2 weeks.

Worst shopping experience by far. They sent me a fake tracking number and the three pairs of shoes I ordered never arrived. I'm out 180 pounds and doubtful I'll ever get reimbursed. I really wish I'd looked at the reviews before placing my order.
