Eufymake Reviews
Eufymake has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 1.4 out of 5 based on 18 reviews. The primary complaints center on severe shipping delays, with customers reporting waits of several months beyond promised delivery dates, unfulfilled orders, and non-arrival of products. Additional concerns include defective units upon arrival (such as mechanical errors in the printer), misleading communication from support staff, and problematic supply chain issues with ink availability. A small number of reviewers noted that the printer itself functions adequately when it arrives, though supply problems create ongoing frustration.
Trust and reliability emerge as critical issues across reviews. Customers funded the product through Kickstarter and report that the company either failed to ship orders or shipped months to a year late with faulty equipment. Some reviewers describe the company's communication as deliberately misleading, and multiple customers mention unresolved support requests and missing invoices. The combination of delivery failures, product defects, and unresponsive customer service has resulted in widespread dissatisfaction among the customer base.
Really disappointed with my experience ordering the Eufy Maker E1 resin sublimation printer. I placed an order back in August expecting delivery in September or October. Then came October with an email explaining they had to stop production because of a faulty wash-liquid container. No big deal, these things happen. But then they told me shipping would resume in early February based on order date. They actually suggested I cancel and reorder to get it faster, so I did exactly that and they sent a refund for the new order. Turns out that didn't help at all because they pushed the date to the end of February anyway, and anyone ordering after December 27 got pushed back even further. After waiting seven months with constantly changing dates, the printer finally shows up looking great but with zero ink. Now they're saying the ink won't get here until late April. This completely ruined my plans since I had to cancel about 1,500 euros in jobs I had lined up. I felt totally misled and like I wasted both time and money. Looking back, I should have requested a refund the moment I found out and gone with a different brand. Just a heads up to anyone considering this. By the way, they did offer me 20 dollars to make up for it.
I backed the eufyMake E1 UV through Kickstarter back in May 2025 with an expected delivery window of August through October 2025. My unit didn't arrive until March 2, 2026 - basically a year later after countless postponements and missed shipping dates. When I opened the box, the machine had X-axis grating strip errors and couldn't finish even one test print. It came broken. Their support team asked me to submit diagnostic logs and said they'd get back to me in one to two business days, but I'd literally just unboxed it. As a small business owner, I bought this specifically so I wouldn't have to troubleshoot and fix equipment myself. I want to give them credit though - after I shared my concerns publicly, their support responded fast and said a broken unit on arrival was unacceptable. They offered a replacement with zero resistance. Plus Skye, one of their beta testers and ambassadors, reached out to me personally and we did a video call where she helped me get things working. I still have reservations about the initial unboxing experience and how support handled things at first, but I do acknowledge they made it right in the end. Based on how they followed through with the resolution, I'm upgrading my rating from one star to three stars.
Major fraud alert. Their support team attempted to mislead me on two separate occasions and they still haven't provided the invoice I need for my B2B purchase. Plus, they took my money months ago through the Kickstarter campaign but haven't actually sent anything.
The printer itself is enjoyable to use, but the company has a serious problem with ink supply. White ink runs out in just two weeks, and if you need to order more white ink, prepare to wait one to two months for it to arrive.
Would give zero stars if I could. I bought this machine on Kickstarter as an early deposit supporter in the 500s range, so I should have been among the first to receive one. I understand how Kickstarter works and was patient through the delays. But here's my issue - this company is either completely incompetent or straight up shady. They massively oversold and still haven't fulfilled orders for Kickstarter backers, let alone started on the regular preorders. I got my unit in January and was excited about it. Problem is, no ink cartridges came with it. Now it's February and still nothing. The printer just sits there useless. They haven't given any updates about the ink either. But somehow they're shipping ink to people who don't even have machines yet, which makes zero sense. This situation is ridiculous. They've broken basically every promise they've made, which is awful. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. By the time this printer is actually functional, it'll probably be outdated. X-ToolM just unveiled a dual print head UV printer and that's what I'm going with instead. Don't waste your money. This company has completely tanked their reputation.
Absolute incompetence. How does a company this size not have proper stock management systems in place? Their operations are sloppy and their customer service is terrible. They're using customer money as a cash float, oversold massively, and then it took them over a week just to realize they overbooked and start processing refunds. That's an absolute joke.
Would give zero stars if that were possible instead of one. They hooked me with a solid deal, I confirmed it, then a week later they just canceled everything on their end. They were happy to grab my money right away but couldn't follow through. Terrible company. Steer clear.
Fell for the discounted filament deal like a lot of others, only to have Eufy grab my money and sit on it for over a week before canceling my order. I'm still waiting for the refund - supposedly that takes five business days - and meanwhile they sent me a 20% off coupon that's basically worthless since they don't stock filament anymore. Unless you already own a Eufy printer, that discount code does absolutely nothing for you.
Scammers, plain and simple. They took my payment but never sent what I ordered, just like everyone else has said.
I placed an order for some printing filament that was on sale. My order got confirmed. Then a couple days later they just canceled it without explanation. It's a mess and I won't be ordering from them again.
This company is absolutely terrible. On January 28th I ordered a 3D filament mystery box. I waited around a week for them to tell me they canceled it because stock was gone due to high demand. Here's the thing - if you don't have the inventory, you shouldn't be taking people's money in the first place. They processed my purchase, charged me right away, then waited until I couldn't shop around before canceling. As a sorry, they threw some pointless 20% discount codes at me. I don't want discounts from a company that operates like this. Taking orders for products they can't actually ship, keeping customers in the dark, and then handing out vouchers as compensation? That's how scammers work. Totally unacceptable. I'll never shop with EufyMake again. Their customer service is a joke and they clearly don't know how to handle stock management or treat their customers with respect.
