As the Director of a major expo company, I was deeply let down by our experience with this ticketing platform. During our sales period, technical glitches prevented many customers from completing their purchases. We got flooded with messages from people who wanted to attend but couldn't get through the checkout process. Even after reporting it, the issues weren't fixed quickly enough. Because of these system failures, our organization lost a huge amount of money, missing out on more than 90 percent of our projected ticket sales. The impact on our planning and our staff's efforts was significant. We submitted a formal claim about the technical problems and financial harm, but we're still waiting for them to take it seriously. As organizers who rely on platforms like this, we expected better reliability and unfortunately didn't get it.

This thing needs to shut down already. It's not useful. The app is totally outdated and broken. It shows the wrong information, it's a mess, and it doesn't even recognize when you're already logged in when you're trying to get help. This is an application that would be better off disappearing because nobody would notice it's gone.

Got tickets for what ended up being a fake event and after half a year still waiting on my refund. That was a significant amount of money to lose. They don't answer messages and there's nobody providing actual customer help.

I reserved the pub crawl for Halloween in Montreal and it turned out to be a total disaster. The bars participating had no clue about any pub crawl happening and wouldn't offer discounts or reserved seating. The bartenders were unfriendly. And the wristband they gave us was worthless.

Watch out with this platform. It looks like they work with certain production companies to sell tickets. A concert was suddenly called off and I took them up on their refund offer. That was quite a while ago now. Still haven't gotten that money back and there's nobody available to actually help. Just be aware these folks aren't trustworthy.

This deserves zero stars, not even one. Completely awful. Purchased tickets for an event and they emailed me tickets for the wrong location. The company won't reply to any messages. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE OR YOU'LL THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE TRASH!

The customer service here is basically nonexistent. I've sent them many emails and gotten nothing but silence. All they do is send automatic responses. The tickets I got were for an event in a completely different country. I notified them immediately, and it's been over two weeks with still no response and no way to get my money back. This is completely unacceptable, and I'm escalating this further.
