He's clearly not actually ill since he's been available to take new bookings. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. My daughter was devastated. Really disappointed with this experience. I ordered a round backdrop with next day delivery but it didn't get here for 5 days and was badly packed. They wouldn't refund the extra charge for the rush shipping and their customer service was basically nonexistent.

I spent a big amount on an order for black fabric panels but when it processed it switched to white. I never got a confirmation email. When I called the next day and asked if they could swap the white ones for black, they said it was my mistake and I'd have to cover the shipping to send the white ones back. I don't get why they'd handle it that way after spending so much money.
