I really dislike this invitation service. Using it actually stresses me out. It doesn't work well with all devices. I thought I'd updated my information on my iPad, but it ended up sending people the wrong date. The website is hard to use and takes me forever to find basic things like the guest list. They have no customer support. One more thing, it won't let me adjust the time zone. I'm on the East Coast but my event is on the West Coast, and the site just won't let me change it. This site creates problems.

This is awful. I spent $36.00 twice just to add more guests. More than half of the people I invited told me they never received anything. When I asked about getting some kind of refund or compensation, they said no. Don't bother with this company. Go with someone else.

The design of this website is awful and extremely difficult to work with. I can't get over how bad it actually is. The only way they're still in business is because they've been around the longest and everyone knows their name. No other website I've used recently comes close to being this annoying to navigate.

The website interface is terrible and way too hard to navigate. I'm shocked at how poorly designed this is. The only reason they're still around is because they've been around forever and have brand recognition. I haven't seen a website this frustrating to use in years.

Steer clear of these people. I created my invitation but it won't work and guests get errors trying to open it. I've sent tons of emails with no response. They don't care once they have your money. The customer service is non-existent. I asked for my money back and heard nothing. This company doesn't care about their customers at all. Don't give them your money if you don't want to lose it.

These people are scammers. I made my invitation but guests get an error when they try to view it. I've sent so many emails and they completely ignore me. They take your money and then don't care about you at all. I requested a refund and got nothing back. My money is gone and so is my time. Don't use this if you value either.

This used to be such an easy way to send invitations. I've used it for 5 years without any problems. Then they completely changed everything. They raised the prices a lot while removing features that used to be included. That makes no sense. I'm done with them. Be careful if you're thinking about signing up.

After I upgraded, many invitations didn't arrive. I kept having to resend them. There's one contact number I'm absolutely certain is correct, but it just won't send. I've tried it multiple times over several days. When I was using the free version before, I didn't run into nearly as many problems with delivery.

It used to be really easy to create and send an invitation. I've been a customer for over 10 years, but this year has been terrible. What happened to them? The whole process is now complicated and annoying. Why do I need a gift registry for a holiday party when there's no guest of honor? It makes no sense. I'm switching to a different service next time. This is a mess and it's disappointing.
