After 18 hours of travel, I ended up waiting nearly two more hours just to get into a room. Several other things also took away from the experience: Buffet hours got cut down to just 11 AM to 2 PM Valet service isn't an option anymore There's a noticeable lack of communication about who's occupying which rooms, since housekeeping showed up at my door every single day asking if we were still there I will say the rooms themselves are nice and well-maintained. But after all the years I've been loyal to this place, this trip left a lot to be desired.
