Tried deleting my account but it won't recognize my password. Attempted a password reset and got stuck in a loop. Removed the subscription through my phone's app store and deleted the application itself, but that's as far as I could get. Tried emailing them for help but my message came back undeliverable. I've been a customer since 2019 and at this point the whole thing is useless.

Finally, a kind technical advisor named Francis stepped in and got it sorted tonight. I've wasted countless hours on this and should never have been charged in the first place. Complete waste of money. Downloaded F-Secure Safe for my iPhone thinking the ad blocker would be useful. Turns out it blocked practically every page on Safari as if everything was an ad. I called support and they claimed ad blockers don't even exist for iOS, which made no sense. I found an AD BLOCKER button in the app but couldn't figure out how to disable it. Their website wasn't helpful either and I couldn't find a way to cancel. After I uninstalled it, Safari worked perfectly again. Total disappointment and their support team clearly doesn't understand their own product.

Paid for a subscription covering 3 devices but can't activate it on 2 of them. Support is completely inaccessible - none of the contact links work and I can't even use my login credentials to access their community forum. F-Secure used to be reliable but now feels like a scam operation. Won't be back. When I sent an English support request, I got an automated response saying my request wasn't in a supported language and was auto-closed, despite English being listed as supported. This is unacceptable.
