Tried deleting my account but it won't recognize my password. Attempted a password reset and got stuck in a loop. Removed the subscription through my phone's app store and deleted the application itself, but that's as far as I could get. Tried emailing them for help but my message came back undeliverable. I've been a customer since 2019 and at this point the whole thing is useless.

They activated two-step verification on my account without my permission, and now I'm completely locked out. Can't get into my account to cancel my subscription, and their customer service has basically ghosted me. I never asked for this change and have no way to fix it.

Had nothing but problems after they bundled their antivirus with VPN into one package. When they were separate, everything ran smoothly. Took over 14 months of troubleshooting before we figured out the solution was removing the VPN component. On the bright side, they did extend my antivirus subscription by 9 months as a gesture. Once I switched to a different VPN provider separately, everything worked great again. I'm just keeping the antivirus until my current subscription expires.

This app is draining my phone battery at an alarming rate. My phone was practically dead overnight because F-Secure was consuming 80% of the power. I removed the app immediately and won't be renewing until they fix this battery drain issue.

This app even blocks me from downloading invoices from shopping sites. Extremely frustrating software. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to uninstall it. And I already paid upfront for 2 years of service.

Connection issues constantly. The software keeps saying I'm not protected and forces me to reconnect on devices that are already covered. Not dealing with this anymore.

Disappointing product. It's buggy, won't update properly, and constantly freezes. Not worth your money or the effort trying to fix something broken. Asked for a refund and while the software barely functioned, they refused to refund everything and only offered a partial amount back. You're paying for a service that doesn't deliver. Not wasting more time on this.
