- Copy the promo code from the RetailCoupons.com listing and navigate to fabfitfun.com to start your subscription or place your order.

Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Check that you copied the entire code correctly, as even a single character error will prevent the discount from applying.
- Confirm the code has not expired by reviewing its availability on RetailCoupons.com or the FabFitFun website.
- Verify the code applies to your specific box type or subscription level, since some promotions are limited to first-time customers or annual plans only.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try entering the code again, as technical glitches can sometimes prevent valid codes from processing.
- Make sure you are logged into the correct FabFitFun account if you have multiple accounts, as first-time subscriber codes cannot be used on repeat purchases.
- Contact FabFitFun customer service with your code and order details if the issue persists after trying the above steps.

FabFitFun Reviews
FabFitFun shoppers consistently praise the site's easy navigation, customization options, and quick customer service responses. The majority of reviewers rate their experience highly and appreciate the curated product selection. However, recurring complaints center on declining box value with fewer items per subscription, quality concerns including reports of opened or used products, and frustration with customer service processes that require multiple department transfers and extensive documentation. Some shoppers also express concerns about product authenticity and whether items might be old stock.
Cancellation difficulties represent a significant pain point for dissatisfied customers, with reports of blocked account access, unresponsive cancellation requests across multiple channels, and negative experiences with social media support. These issues have driven some subscribers to reconsider their membership.
I've tried canceling my membership multiple ways: through their website, phone, social media chat, and email. Nothing worked. The company won't let me log in to cancel anything. When I used their social media chat, they reported me for violating community rules and I got suspended for a week. Not a great company to deal with at all. I feel like I've been scammed. The items I got were basically dollar store quality junk.
Recent customer service reps have been nice enough. The problem is my issue keeps getting passed to different departments and I feel like I'm having to jump through hoops to get help. I shouldn't need to photograph everything I order just to make sure I actually get what I paid for.
The boxes seem to have fewer items than they used to. Might not stick with the subscription. Also, my most recent box had a mascara that looked opened or maybe even used, which was pretty disappointing.
The boxes don't have as many items packed in them anymore. Thinking about dropping my subscription. To make things worse, my last box contained an opened, possibly used mascara that was pretty gross.
The customization options are really nice and give you plenty of choices. That said, some of the items feel pretty low quality. I also contacted them about a product I ordered that had a different texture than previous versions, but they never really addressed my concern. It makes me worry whether the stuff might be old stock or counterfeit.
It's always simple to navigate the site, I get quick answers when I have questions, and the products themselves are fantastic!
Everything has been going really smoothly so far. I love that you can get store credit if there's something you don't want from your box or subscription. The deals they have are incredible. There are tons of amazing products to choose from. I'm really pumped to try out items I've never used before!
FabFitFun really lives up to its name. Every season I get excited waiting for my box to arrive, and I love being able to pick out the items I want most. The add-on products are a great deal too, with lots of quality choices to pick from.
My time with FabFitFun has been wonderful because they truly care about making customers happy. Whenever something doesn't meet my expectations, they quickly replace it with another great item. This is a fantastic company with really innovative and unique stuff. Thanks so much!
The customer service team was fantastic. They handled my problem immediately without any hassle.
Customer support got back to me super fast and solved my issue during that same call. Really happy to be part of the FFF community again.
I really appreciate being able to text customer service instead of sitting on hold or going back and forth with emails. The response was quick and my issue got taken care of right away. I had to step back for a bit due to health stuff, but I'm back now! I've really missed being part of the FFF crew.
Seems like a company I'm going to have a good experience with going forward.
Always happy with how they help when I need to track down a package. The boxes are awesome and the customer service team is really reliable.
