I paid for a Family Finder Test back in November and I'm still waiting for my results to come back. I've reached out to Ftdna multiple times and they keep telling me they're working on it. They said they'd send me a replacement kit but I never got it. I've requested a refund several times but they keep saying they'll take care of it eventually. They've upgraded their mitochondrial testing, which is good, but the results still don't give you much useful information since they leave out timeline data for mitotree branches, and sometimes the information contradicts itself depending on which section you're looking at. Their support team isn't very helpful either, just sending short responses or telling you to find answers in Facebook groups. It's pretty frustrating how dismissive they seem. The chat function doesn't even work properly. I've had better luck getting clear, meaningful results from YFull. Honestly, if all FTDNA samples were available on YFull, you'd get much better explanations with actual dates included.
