Even after that they take like 3 to 10 business days to refund your money. I went through my bank instead and made them give my money back. Oh and they don't post negative reviews on their website - they just disappear. Shady company, don't do business with them.
Absolutely awful service. Wanted to return something so I emailed them to ask for a return label. Had to email three times before I got anything, and when the label finally came through, it had another customer's name, address, and phone number on it - plus it was supposed to go back to me. Called them up and after waiting on hold for almost half an hour I explained how serious of a privacy issue this was. They sent a correct label and said they wouldn't charge me the 9 pound return fee. The products are actually great but the operations are a disaster - this brand really needs someone better in charge.

Terrible, terrible customer service. When you call, nobody seems to know anything. Back in November 2020 I ordered a replacement buckle piece for my motorcycle boots and I've called 8 times. Every single time it's a different person who answers and still nothing. It's crazy that this hasn't been resolved.
