Really unhappy with the product quality. Got a ponytail extension that became impossible to manage after just two weeks. It was frizzy, knotted up constantly, and rough feeling. For what I spent, this was totally unacceptable. I've gotten way better quality from other places. The hair didn't perform like genuine Remy hair at all. The frizz in the middle showed the cuticle was pointing every direction instead of one way like real Remy should be. Either their supplier is giving them low grade hair or I got a defective batch. I'm going to ask for my money back.

Got a pre-order item that was supposed to arrive within 2 to 6 weeks. It's now past 8 weeks and I still don't have a solid ship date. When companies advertise wait times like that, customers make buying decisions based on those numbers. The long delay is bad enough, but not getting real updates about when things are actually shipping makes it so much worse. For a brand charging premium prices, this falls really short. Won't be ordering from them again.

This is my third time buying from them and unfortunately I'm really let down this time. The hair quality just isn't what it used to be. I washed it once and it feels rough. My other extensions from them lasted almost 2 years and stayed smooth and soft even after washing tons of times and I took great care of them. Something's different with their quality now and I'm not happy about it. They mention on their site that if items are out of stock you can reorder but you'll wait 2 to 6 weeks. I paid around 600 dollars for the platinum blonde 64 inch. It never showed up in the timeframe they said so I kept messaging through their chat and all they'd say is basically that they have no idea where it is and it's not their problem. How can your own warehouse not know where your own packages are? I asked three times politely then started getting some email updates way too late. They never gave me a real answer about where my order actually was.

Had a terrible experience with this company. I provided lots of photos in different lighting to help with color selection and still received the wrong shade entirely. It came in pure blonde when my hair is mostly brown tones. Sent it back but got hit with fees I wasn't expecting. Then charged an extra amount on top of the shipping that was supposed to be free. Waited weeks for my refund and got less back than I paid. When I complained, they insisted this was normal. Completely disappointed and won't be giving them another chance.
