Their customer service is terrible, honestly. I requested a cancellation because my daughter ended up hospitalized. They made it incredibly difficult, but eventually processed a refund. Here's the thing though, they only cancelled that single order instead of the subscription itself. Then another one shipped anyway. They're refusing to cancel or refund that second shipment, claiming I only cancelled one order when that was clearly not my intention. Combined with week-long shipping times, you'd basically be ordering weekly just to maintain coverage. That's a pricey habit. Our pup also refuses to cooperate. He'll use it to urinate but won't defecate on it, which defeats a lot of the purpose. After about seven days, he stopped using it altogether and started going on concrete or inside instead. We thought having it on our third-floor apartment would mean fewer trips downstairs without an elevator, but cleaning up accidents indoors turned out to be just as much hassle.
