Should've checked the reviews first before I bought. Got a bath sheet that was super thin and scratchy right when I pulled it out of the box, and it wasn't even the color I ordered. I've sent emails about getting it back or getting my money back, but haven't gotten a response yet. Based on what others are saying, this is probably going to be a real hassle.

These have to be the scratchiest sheets I've ever tried to sleep on. I could barely get to sleep because they're so itchy and rough on skin. I'm familiar with quality linens and these definitely don't qualify. The way they handle returns is awful. Really frustrated with both the product itself and how the company operates.

I grabbed a Single Ajour Sheet Set and the material feels stiff like canvas. It's unwearable because it hurts my skin. I reached out to their customer service asking about switching it for something nicer, but they wouldn't do anything to help. Complete waste of cash.

Really happy with what I got, exactly what you'd want from a brand like this. The customer service was excellent too. Had a problem with my order and they handled it perfectly.

The return process here is really disappointing. They make you pay shipping to send items back and don't even provide a return label. Plus, nobody asks why you're returning something in the first place.

The returns process is totally messed up and feels dishonest. I got several emails from Frette, then I sent my stuff back using their own label through UPS. Then another package from Frette showed up and they actually wrote that I could keep it free and clear. Not wanting any trouble, I declined and used their return label again. But then Frette charged me for the items from that shipment. I disputed it with my credit card company. Be careful with Frette staff member Margie, she comes across as both incompetent and rude.

A pricey order got stolen because UPS didn't follow the delivery instructions I gave. When I asked for a replacement, I got nothing but the runaround. The customer service person wouldn't let me talk to a manager and wouldn't give me other contact info. For what you're paying and the quality you're supposed to get, the customer service is way below what it should be.

Really let down by how these sheets feel, and annoyed at myself for missing the no-return policy on the checkout page. The whole thing feels like a setup to get you to buy something you can't send back. I've bought high-end linens before and these don't come close to living up to what they claim about quality. They're just regular sheets. Nothing fancy. I could go to any major department store and do better. Not recommending these. Also, any business that won't accept returns without at least offering credit isn't trustworthy in my book.

Got the Lux Precale sheets and I'm warning everyone, these are way too thin. I can literally see my hand through them. When I tried to return them, Frette said they were final sale because they were on sale. But there's nothing about that anywhere except in the tiny print. From a brand that says they're the top luxury sheet company, I expected way better. I won't be buying from them again and honestly, you shouldn't either.

Bought some sheets that were marked down. They're called the lux percale sheets and it was my first time buying from this brand. I got them for about $500. These are seriously the worst sheets I've ever owned. I don't normally write negative reviews but the service was even worse. They basically said because these are a lower price point they're not supposed to be good. That's ridiculous. Walmart has better sheets and their customer service blows this company away. I'm posting this so others don't make the same mistake I did. I've washed them twice and ironed them and they're so rough they'll rip stockings.

The support after you buy is pretty terrible. If you're in the UK and trying to use a promo code, watch out. Their website seems to have problems with how coupons work. They're putting the discount codes in as an order discount on the invoice and labeling it as a VAT discount, then telling customs the full discount amount gets added to your VAT bill when it arrives. You end up paying the full price and losing your discount. I called their support about it and got an argument that the code wouldn't work with my item. I sent them screenshots from their own current website showing the code definitely applied and was being charged on top of the VAT. They said "we're really sorry, we can see the problem in your screenshot and IT is looking at it, but the coupon code couldn't have worked with what you bought two months ago." I ended up paying several hundred dollars to customs that I thought was covered by my discount.
